    hardware industry like Electricals, Air-conditioning, and Modular furniture will be preferred.
    The Product Manager will be responsible for the following:
    1. New Product Developmen t - Market Potential Identified product product development product evaluation in market product
    business plan test launch final business plan product launch
    2. Product Profitability - profitability across mix / across Geographics profitability improvement program through product
    design / raw material sourcing value added products
    3. Product Promotion - Promotion in Geographics across seasonality product bundling limited offers based on competitive
    movement, managing product promotion programs across key influencers.
    4. Product Communication - Communication on the product desired frequency and mode of media consistency of
    communication program
    5. Solutions Marketing - Develop solutions communicate, promote and track acceptance, build references, testimonials and
    communicate to the targeted segment create product knowledge bank leverage profitability translate knowledge bank into
    sustainable selling proposition
    6. Product Sales - Track product sales review identify root cause for variance corrective actions
    7. Tracking Competition - Competitive products in similar and substitute market track performance track volumes new product
    offerings pricing strategy below the line activity
    8. Product Benchmarking - Evaluate competitive products develop benchmarking tools feed benchmark reports to sales team
    product improvement plans based on benchmarking results
