Use the Customer requirement Rfq including drawings, design Requirements.
Reviewing customer drawings, plans and other documents in order to prepare detailed
technical proposal for them.
Directly Contact with Technical team of client to solve the technical issues.
Attending the technical meeting & explain with Presentation for Clear the technical
clarification.
Site visit regarding the design issues with clients to discuss the issue.
Provide the timely response properly with out any delay.
After Technical clarification & contact with Client Procurement Team for commercial issue.
After Commercial process documentation Processing & provide them documents according to their
requirement.

Reporting to Manager on daily basis Provide them the Projects reports


Prepare the sales Report according to Projects wise on every month.
Prepare the costing sheets according to Project on each order on daily baisis.
Packages (BSPM) kasur 41MW Power Plant Capacity
1) Boiler capacity 200 TPH Pressure 96 barg & 65 TPH Pressure 13 barg
2) Steam Turbine 41MW with 3 extractions
Working as Shift Enginner (41 MW Thermal Power Plant)
Perform and supervise all the shift operations activities at Power Plant. Ensure the optimum
operation of all equipment within prescribed operating parameters.
Take necessary and quick measures to ensure the operational safety

Responsible for exercising and implementing the safe work practices and procedures at
Power Plant. & Implement the job request, Log out / Tag out , and work permit procedure
. Responsible for Power House operations (Electrical Control Room, 41 MW CHP Unit, 65
TPH Boiler Operations, Water chest, Demineralization Plant and HFO unloading ,Storage and
handling areas.
Generate job requests for repair work required during the shift & maintain permit system

industry Hub Chowki Baluchistan, , Pakistan.
I was also acting as a Section Incharge of Plant Maintenance . Manage crew of 34 Nos. of
skilled staff that includes Junior Engineer , & workers staff.
Major Responsibilities
Planned Monthly & Yearly Maintenance Schedule & keep maintenance according to
schedule. Of Diesel engine, Positive displacement pump, Gear Pump, Extruder, impellor
balancing & other mechanical equipments.
Preparation of failure reports with recommendation / suggestion to overcome
recurring problems.
Ensure the availability of Machinery Spares and review of re-ordering levels in close
coordination with Material Management Department.
. Updating equipment maintenance history files and keeping all on-stream data upto date.
Try to solve major faults with the co-ordination of Manager & with other team member.

Additional responsibilities:
Preparing Capital budget of section with justification and cost estimations.
Preparing Standard Operating Procedures of Equipment Maintenance
Utilization of maintenance software to perform schedule & maintenance work
Strictly follow work permit system according to safety policies and procedures.
Active participation in trainings of junior staff regarding different maintenance work permit system
and safety during job.
