Breakfast: A la Minute hot dishes & Cold buffet from 06:00am to 10:30am:
Minimum requirements are:
Assortment of cold cuts, assortment of cheese, ideally from France (brie, Emmental,
goat cheese) and different local cheese / French Isigny butter/ low fat butter
3 kinds of yogurt (plain, light, fruit) / 3 kinds of milk (normal, skimmed, soja)
Different kinds of cereals / Muesli
5 kinds of fresh cut fruits (according to season) Dry and energetic fruits will complete
the breakfast offer .
Salad bar / 2 local food items (minimum)
2 kinds of pastries (minimum) / Assortment of French (minimum 8) and local (mini 5)
pastry and cake, and assortment of bread (white or brown) with Toaster
Meat, salad, salmon, condiments, honey & jam counter
Beverage : Freshly squeezed fruit juices - Fair trade coffees and chocolate on demand /
Coffee served by pot (Regular Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso) / Hot chocolate / Mineral
water and soft drink are also available / Qualitative tea, Chinese and Japanese green tea,

Service:
Upon sitting the guest, choice of fruit juice is offered as well as hot beverage

Butler service

Prior to and during guest stay, butler service is handling any demand and requirement from
pre-arrival services to dining, entertainment and travel arrangements.
Butler personalized service 24 hours per day
Responsible for assisting Sofitel Club Guest + VIP and the guests booking suites. from their
arrival until departure. To be fully aware of VIP guests detail and movement.
To have a perfect knowledge of guests history and preference. To ensure that all preferences
are well responded every visit.
Expected to act as hotel representatives to offer personalize services, to keep standard of
politeness and appearance, attitude, smile and guest relationships with highest standard of
politeness and discreet manner.
Must have perfect knowledge of hotels service & facilities, especially the product, procedure
and standards. Butler also must have good guest relation skills with effective communication.

Check-in and check-out:
On arrival, hostess escorts guest to the Sofitel executive floor where check-in is
handled promptly and efficient (within three minutes)
Day before departure:
The latest update (5 pm) of the guests bill will be delivered to the room (placed on the
bedside table together with a personalized letter)
Express C/O form.
D-Day:
Prompt and quick check out (within 5 minutes): No question, just explain the bill

For departure next day:
