The online Help provides field and page definitions plus other reference
information that you may find useful as you are working in the Web Portal.
To view the online Help:
For context-level Help, click the Help icon anywhere in the Web Portal.
To close the Help window, click outside the window.
For the product documentation, click Documentation in the menu.

To install the laser imager, see the Installation Manual. After the hardware is
installed, use the Installation Wizard, accessible through the Web Portal, to
configure the system on the network and set up modalities and features.
Finally, use the Image Quality wizard as necessary to adjust image quality
parameters.
System Requirements
The following requirements are for the personal computer and the network
where Web Portal will be accessed:
10/100 Mbps Ethernet
MICROSOFT WINDOWS Internet Explorer 6, sp1 or above
window.
2. In the Address box, type: <IP address of the laser imager>, and then
click Go.
NOTE: Save the URL with a Bookmark or as a Favorite.
The Web Portal opens to the Device Status screen.

Wait for the laser imager to restart. The laser imager requires
approximately 30 minutes to warm up. After completing the warm-up
cycle, the laser imager may print a calibration film if the film cartridge
requires it.

8. Click >> under Optimization Steps again to continue.
9. Check the status data near the bottom of the screen.
10. Send another image from the modality and check the print.

Checking Status
Device
When you access the Web Portal, a Device Status page appears. You can check
the status of the laser imager, the film, and the film supply. Click Home to
return to the Device Status page from anywhere in the Web Portal.

Imager Monitor
At the Imager Monitor, you can view information such as loaded film size and
type, job counts, and total print counts. You can also execute various imager
commands such as deleting active, pending, or undelivered print jobs.
1. Access the Web Portal. See page 3.
2. Click Monitoring and Control > Imager Monitor.
3. Close the Imager Monitor.

View information such as total running time, memory usage and available
memory.

3. View the status. Note that most items are for the laser imager, but some
items reflect the computer where the Web Portal software is installed. For
help, click the Help icon to the right of the field.

NOTE: Click Home to return to the Device Status page from anywhere in the
Web Portal.

page 9.) Also, service providers can check lifetime print counts or
print counts by date range.

System Information
View or change information such as model name, serial number, and site
name and region.
1. Access the Web Portal. See page 3.
2. Click System Information > Identification.
3. View settings, or click Modify to change settings as appropriate. For help
with the fields, click the Help icon to the right of the field.
4. Click Save.
