The sheetings are useful for such type of machinery, which are use
for- Anti-vibration surface packing, Anti-skid electrical matings, designer
sheet for flooring chemical plant. Mainly the products are used in
manufacturing of radiation rubber sheeting.
Its dynamic marketing team is ready to connect the world with the
best service. Quality and the best service are the theyapons to cope the
world. It represents the leading manufacturers of these Classes of products of
India.
8
As per the Indian government law there were three type of industry
they are described as under :
Work In Process
Finish Goods
Sales
14
MANUFACTURING PROCESS:-
The unit is making the synthetic rubber sheeting as per the need and
requirements of the unit, according to the orders from their customers. The
following process they are using for manufacturing of sheetings. The process
is not much longer but skillful, and knowledgeable person is needed for
handling this process.
The process starts with dispersion kneeder. Here the type of rubber is
needed in its raw form, is mixed with different types of chemicals needed,
Such as :- Process Oil and Crump Powder. These are properly mixed
together into rubber lumps. Now, the rubber lumps got from the kneeder, are
mixed with the curing agents, different types of fillers and accelerators in the
2 roll Mixing Mill. Here, these are properly musticated together. During the
mixing of rubber, high heat is generated due to high stresses and roll speeds
involved. Thus cooling becomes necessary for which water is used. But it is
preferable to cut off the water-cooling process during the initial stage prior
to the addition of carbon black and start it when the mill temperature crosses
70°c-80°c. This is so because for carbon black, mixing and dispersion with
the rubber lumps is quicker and easier if the mill temperature at that time is
about 80°c. The reason for adding different types of fillers, different types of
chemicals, process oil and clay to the rubbers lumps is to get perfectly
required type of rubber compound which suits the finished products.
15
From the mixing mill the rubber compound are obtained in the form of
unvulcanised sheet. The uneven sides of this sheet are cut on the sheeting
table and the sheet is given an even shape. Then the sheet is placed on the
weighing machine and its weight is decided according to its thickness and
gravity.
The sheet is to be baked in the press for the time limit, which is
decided according to the thickness and gravity of the sheet to be got, and is
manually set. A lot of heat is generated during this process. So here also
cooling becomes necessary which is done by water.
The sheet obtained after baking and vulcanization from the press is
known as Vulcanized Sheet. When the sheet is obtained from the press, it is
very hot and so is cooled by chemically treated water for the glossy shining.
Than, after the sheet is completely cold, a checking is done if it has any
defects. If it has sum minor defects like flash and spews, they are usually
removed by using knives or scissors. This removal of extraneous matter by
hand is particularly useful when the products have complex configuration.
But if the sheet has some major and uncorrectable defects, which are very
rare, then the sheet is kept as wastage.
16
To make the sheetings smooth, they use different kinds of oil during the
process. Thus in this way from the above long procedure they make their
product. After this process being over, they cut the sheeting in particular size
& shape. Such kinds of rubber sheetings are used at different places as a
container, or for the Packing purpose.

CONCLUSION
FINANCE DEPARTMENT
1 INTRODUCTION 52
3 Financial Planning 54
4 Capital Budgeting 55
INTRODUCTION
“Business takes money – Manage the money – than he can earn more, of the
money that he has taken”.
FINANCIAL PLANNING
CAPITAL BUDGETING
There are two type of assets in each concern i.e. Fixed Assets &
Current Assets. Both type of assets are to be managed efficiently so as to
earn maximum profit with minimum possible investment. Funds invested in
working capital are most important as it makes the investment in fixed assets
worth by using it property. But it should be remembered that investment in
working capital has very low return so it should be adequate not more or
less. If there is excessive working capital then ideal working capital earns
nothing and if it is less than it may interrupt production process. So working
capital management should be handled properly.
The unit plans for its working capital as weekly bases. But if
there is no need for such short period they use to plan for monthly bases
also. Some part of its working capital is taken from bank, capital from its
own fund and book debts. The unit’s financial administration makes the
financial budget in four steps in a month. Which are:
1. Level of working capital,
2. Structural health,
3. Circulation and
4. Liquidity.
58
The sources of working capital can be many but as per the unit’s type they
accept it,
• By issue of shares,
• Loans from financing institutions,
• Public deposits and floating of debentures,
• Raising funds from internal financing.
