Theme: Timbang Iwasto sa Tamang Nutrisyon at Ehersisyo


Contest Guidelines
A: Search for Mr. & Miss STEP
1. T.L.E section Muses and Adonis are entitled to join. If the section Muse/Adonis refuses to do so, its the discretion of the
advisers to a substitute from his/her class.
2. The candidate must prepare a talent with a minimum of 3 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes. In case of overtime, one point
will be deducted from the contestants score.
3. At least 2-3 attires are needed, for the presentation, talent and awarding.
4. Each candidate must prepare a box for the popularity contest.
5. The box must be in custody of the adviser after the last period/class.
6. First and final counting will be on July 30, 2015at 2:00 oclock pm at room 16.
Note: Proceeds from the popularity contest will be used for purchasing equipment, tools, materials and supplies needed in the
different field of specialization of T.L.E.
B. Flower Arrangement
1. Each section in all grade level should have one participant/contestant.
2. Contestants must bring own tools, materials, and supplies. ( Borrowing is strictly not allowed)
3. Arrangement should be in bouquet style.
4. Advisers are not allowed to coach their students during the contest.
5. Only one hour is allotted for the contest.
6. Only the contestants, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed in the contest area.
7. Only flowers found within the locality should be used.
Note: Bouquets will be used during the awarding ceremony in the Search for Mr. and Miss STEP.
C. Tarpaulin Designing
1. Open to Grade IX and X only.
2. One contestant per section.
3. Three hours is given for the contestants to finish their work
4. Only contestants, administrator, facilitator, and judges are allowed to enter the computer laboratory.
D. Computerized Slogan
1. Open only for Grades VII and VIII.
2. One entry per section.
3. One hour contest duration
4. Only contestants, administrator, facilitator, and judges are allowed to enter the computer laboratory.
E. Nail Art with Hand Massage
1. One contestant per section in all Grade level.
2. Contestants must bring own model as well as tools materials and supplies for the contest.
3. Two hours is given for the contestants to finish their work.
4. Only contestants, models, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
F. Hairstyle and Make-up
1. One contestant per section in all Grade level.
2. Contestants must bring own model as well as tools materials and supplies for the contest.
3. Two hours is given for the contestants to finish their work.
4. Only contestants, models, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
G. Experimental Chicken Dish (From Dressing to Meal Preparation)
1. One contestant per section in all Grade level.
2. Contestants must observe proper attire/grooming during the contest.
3. Contestants must bring chicken, ingredients, and other materials needed in cooking.
4. Two tables are needed, one for the preparation/cooking and one for the presentation.

5. Three hours is allotted for the contest.


6. Only contestants, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
H. Experimental Fish Dish (1 kilo milkfish)
1. One contestant per section in all year level.
2. Contestant must observe proper attire/grooming during the contest.
3. Contestant must bring fish/bangus , ingredients and other materials needed in cooking.
4. Two tables are needed, one for the preparation, cooking and one for the presentation.
5. Three hours is allotted for the contest.
6. Only contestants, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
I .Vegetable Cookery ( Ampalaya fruit )
1. One contestant per section in all year level.
2. Contestant must observe proper attire/grooming during the contest.
3. Contestant must bring ampalaya , ingredients and other materials needed in cooking.
4. Two tables are needed, one for the preparation, cooking and one for the presentation.
5. Two hours is allotted for the contest.
6. Only contestants, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
J. Poster Making
1. One contestant per section in all Grade level.
2. Contestants must bring illustration board and drawing materials.
3. One hour is given for the contestants to finish their work.
4. Only contestants, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
K. Biggest/ Longest Vegetables (Fresh)
1. One entry per section in all Grade level.
2. For the biggest category ( Squash, Papaya, and Eggplant )
3. For the longest category ( String Beans, Ampalaya, Patola/Kabatiti ) american ampalaya not included.
4. Entries must be presented/ displayed on the table below the stage before the program.
5. Once the program has started, no entry must be accepted.
L. Fruit/Vegetable Carving
1. One contestant per section in all Grade level.
2. Contestants must bring own vegetables/fruits, tools and materials for the contest.
3. One hour is allotted for the contest.
4. Only contestants, administrators, facilitators and judges are allowed to enter the contest area.
M. Bazaar
1. All participating sections must display their products before the opening program.
2. Adviser shall assign two students to market their products in the exhibit booth area.
3. All items in the booth area must be offered for sale.
4. Each section shall provide statement of sales to the judges not later than 3:00 pm on the day of the event ( No statement of sales, no
points )
5. 10% of the total sales of each section will go to the T.L.E fund and 90% will be given back to the section adviser.
N. Nutri-Jingle Contest
1. All sections in all Grade levels are entitled for 1 entry.
2. Each section is given 3-5 minutes to perform.
3. No accompaniment is needed.
4. The group shall consist of 10-15 members.
O. Dance Exercise
1. All sections in all Grade levels are entitled for 1 entry.
2. Each section is given 3-5 minutes to perform.
3. The group shall consist of 10-15 members.

Note: Clarifications, issues and concerns shall be addressed during the orientation. No participation in any contest
means 1 point demerit in the over-all point.
