NECROLOGICAL SERVICE

IN HONOR OF THE LATE

__________________________________________________________________
GREETINGS: Dear friends we are here to offer this prayer service to the bereaved family. We are here to offer
our prayers to _____________. Likewise extend our sincere condolence and sympathy to the
members of the family , friends and relatives who are joining in this very glorious memento. Every
time we remember her presence, we become conscious of our loss and of our grief. Grief causes a
wound, sometimes a very deep wound. Like all wounds, it hurt. But this is one wound
we need not
be ashamed of, for it is caused by LOVE. What we are now, he was once. What he is now, we will
be. Christ blessed those who mourn and said they would be comforted.
As we recall His words, let us renew our faith in his presence among us.
In name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

GOSPEL: INTRODUCTION:
Man is like a seed. If it is left to itself, it produces nothing but when it apparently dies, when it has been
buried in the ground then it gives more than itself: it brings a whole harvest.
A reading from the Holy Gospel according to John 12: 23 26.
Jesus said to His disciples: Now the hour has come for the Son of man to be glorified. I tell you most
solemnly, unless wheat grain falls on the ground and dies, it remains only a single grain; but if it dies, it yields a rich
harvest. Anyone who loves his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. If a man serves me, he must follow me
whenever I am, my servant will be there too. If anyone serves me, my Father will honor him.
This is the Gospel of the Lord.
ALL:

Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

SONG: Lift Up Your Hands to God

RESPONSE FROM THE FAMILY

How Great Thou Art

O Lord my God, when I in awesome wonder
Consider all the *worlds thy hands have made,
I see the stars, I hear the *rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed:
Refrain
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Savior God, to thee:
How great thou art! How great thou art!
When through the woods and forest glades I wander
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees,
When I look down from lofty mountain grandeur,
And hear the brook and feel the gentle breeze:
Refrain
And when I think that God, his Son not sparing,
Sent him to die, I scarce can take it in,
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin.
Refrain
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then *I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, My God, how great thou art!

And open your heart

Lift up your hands to God,
And He'll show you the way.
And He said, "Cast your burdens upon Me
Those who are heavily laden,
Come to Me, all of you who are tired
Of carrying heavy loads,
For the yoke I will give you is easy
And My burden is light,
Come to Me and I will give you rest."
When you feel the world
Is tumblin' down on you,
And you have no one
That you can hold on to,
Just face the rising sun
And you'll see hope,
And there's no need to run
Lift up your hands to God,
And He'll make you feel all right.
And He said, "Cast your burdens upon Me
Those who are heavily laden,
Come to Me, all of you who are tired
Of carrying heavy loads,
For the yoke I will give you is easy
And My burden is light,
Come to Me and I will give you rest."

Tanging Yaman
Amazing Grace
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed.
Through many dangers, toils and snares
I have already come;
'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far
and Grace will lead me home

Lift Up Your Hands To God

Life is not all that bad, my friend, hmmm
If you believe in yourself
If you believe there's Someone
Who walks through life with you
You'll never be alone
Just learn to reach out,

CHORUS:
Ikaw ang aking Tanging Yaman Na
di lubasang masumpungan
Ang nilikha mong kariktan
Sulyap ng 'yong kagandahan
Ika'y hanap sa t'wina,
Nitong pusong Ikaw lamang ang saya
Sa ganda ng umaga
Nangungulila sa'yo sinta
(Repeat Chorus)
Ika'y hanap sa t'wina
Sa kapwa ko Ika'y laging nadarama
Sa iyong mga likha
Hangad pa ring masdan
Ang 'yong mukha
(Repeat CHORUS)

He Will Carry You

Sino Ako?
There is no problem too big God cannot solve it
There is no mountain too tall He cannot move it
And there is no storm too dark God cannot calm it
There is no sorrow too deep He cannot soothe it
And if He carried the weight of the world upon His
shoulders
I know my brother that He will carry you
And if He carried the weight of the world upon His
shoulders
I know my sister that He will carry you
He said, "Come unto Me all who are weary, and I will give
you rest"

Hiram sa DIYOS ang aking buhay

Ikaw at akoy tanging handog lamang
Di ko ni nais na akoy isilang
ngunit salamat dahil may buhay
Ligaya ko na akoy isilang pagkat tao ay mayroong dangal
Sinong may pag ibig sinong nagmamahal
Kung di ang tao DIYOS ang pinagmulan
Kung di ako umibig kung di ko man bigyang halaga
Ang buhay kong handog ang buhay kong hiram sa DIYOS
Kung di ako nagmamahal sino ak
