1. Fill out the following university application form.
2. Return the signed and dated application directly to ISA
At no point will you need to send anything to Australia! ISA will submit your completed application for you.

Entry Requirements
Successful completion of high school:
Canadian high school diploma with a minimum cumulative average of 85%
US high school diploma with minimum cumulative average of 3.4/4.0 + and SAT minimum score of 2010
International Baccalaureate candidates must score 31 or higher
Applicants need to have completed two science subjects:
One chosen from Chemistry, advanced Mathematics, or Physics
One chosen from Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or Physics
Applicants holding a bachelor degree may apply but will not be able to transfer credits.
GPA of at least 70% or 2.8/ 4.0
Applicants must sit the Personal Qualities Assessment test (PQA)
The 2016 application fee for the PQA is $500AUD (payment made via credit card at the time applications)
Only test in North America will be held in Toronto, Canada on August 5th, 2015

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once we receive and process your application(s), you will receive an email. Please check your email regularly for communication from your ISA Program Manager. We will also provide you access to your ISA MyLearn account, which will be your student
portal. Your MyLearn account will keep you updated on your application status, and once you have received an offer you will
have a To Do List and Participant Guide to assist you with completion of all pre-departure procedures and processes.

1. I authorise the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre
(SATAC) to act on the behalf of the University of Adelaide
in all matters relating to the processing of this application
to enrol in the University of Adelaide.

in a timely manner with any requests from SATAC or the
University of Adelaide for the provision of information or
supporting documentation.
3. I authorise SATAC and the University of Adelaide to verify
