    SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF HILTI/FISCHER ANCHOR BOLTS:

    Scope of supplier/applicator:
    1. Calculations of no. of bolts & size for given load, edge clearances, bolt spacing,
    torque value etc as data given.
    2. Marking rebar location with help of rebar locator and marking on plate suitably.
    3. Drilling of concrete, core-cutting of re-bars if required.
    4. Suitable Drilling machine with different size of drill bits, electrical wiring and
    torque wrench etc as required for successful completion of anchor bolt fixing.
    5. Calculation of plate size with marking.
    Scope of department:
    1. Electrical supply single phase, 220V AC with extension board.
    2. Compressed air supply with hose arrangement till job location.
    3. Platform arrangements wherever required.
    4. Fabrication of structural steel like mounting plate, bracket etc.
    5. Plate Drilling as per size & sketch suggested/calculated by supplier/applicator.
    6. Location and marking of drilling points.
    7. safety equipments like waist belts and protective equipments
    Note:
    1. Total quantities, given in indent for estimation, may vary. However payment will
    be based on no. of bolts and size of bolts.
    2. If drill bits get broken while drilling, replacement of broken bolts is in scope of
    applicator/supplier.
    3. Total period of job execution is 45 days from date of call. Tentative time is from
    Jan to Apr-2013.
    4. Replacement of broken or failed anchor bolts or drill bit is in scope of
    supplier/applicator with out any charges.
    5. After successful completion of job, the total quantities and size of bolts will be
    counted and payment will be done accordingly.
    6. Job is to be executed inside operating island of our plant including inside reactor
    building. Supplier/applicator shall comply with all safety measures and protective
    measures in & out of operating island.
