COLD WORK PERMIT


CONTROLS
Wear a suitable hand glove for the protection from any hot surface
or object.
Wear a proper ear protection such a recommended ear plug or
ear mufler.
Wear a recommended hand glove. Beware of rotation equipment
such a pump fan and motor.
Minimise the duration at working area.
Beware of any protuding object during walking at deck floor or
grating.
Place all tool and equipment at suitable floor.
Wear a proper safety gear such a work vest and safety harness.
Safety harness should be hocked at strong structure such a s/fold
handrailing.

Radiation(Low)

Make sure there are no other person in front of the


equipment during the test was done.

Falling from ladder step

Ensure the step of ladder is free from grease or oil. To prevent from
slippery during stepping on the ladder step.

5 Measuring the finding
