TUTORIAL: Routing - Pipes and Tubes in Solidworks

2. Step 1
I will make it in assembly

3. Step 2
The first thing you should do.
select Tools - Add Ins - and select solidworks Routing

4. Step 3
and select a design library - Routing - Piping - flange - choose one, here I use the slip on weld flange.

5. Step 4
and select the configuration you want. here I am using the first

6. Step 5
make your settings. then ok.

7. Step 6
and will appear as in the picture, you can slide the line according your dimensions ..

8. Step 7
after that the result will be like this, and forming pipe

9. Step 8
then I added a flange back

10. Step 9
then I added a back flange valves in part.

11. Step 10
the same as that to step 6, and then click on flange face - right click and select add route.

12. Step 11
and will display the image like this, then I will make the line manually, because it does not use the "auto route"

The line that I created manually. and it can do to suit your needs ..

14. Step 13
and after the exit, the result is like this.
