20. Click on Edit offer button and select status as Accept and Submit the page.
21. Click on Return to Previous page link. Select Action Prepare for Hire from Applicant
Activity table.
22. Select Type of Hire as Hire and Click in Verify Employee ID link.
23. Click on carry ID button if its old employee coming back or else just click on Return.
24. Click on Save and Submit Request to HR.
25. After this step Hire Details become available on Manage Hire Page.
26. Go to Manage Hire Page. (Main Menu>WF Admin>Personal Information> Manage
Hires.)

27. Select Status from Select Transaction where and click on Refresh button.
28. Click on the Employee to be hired.
29. Select Type of Hire as Hire if it is new employee and Rehire if it is Rehire of an old
employee.
30. Enter Empl ID of a new Hire and click on Add Person button.(for Rehire Empl ID is
displayed automatically).
31. Now enter Biographical details, Contact Information, Regional (if any) and choose
Organizational Relationship as Employee.
32. Select checklist code as Add Employment Instance and click on Add Relationship
button.
33. You will be directed to the Job Data Page. Fill in the Job data and click on Save.
34. This completes the Hire Process.

CREATE NEW JOB OPENING:

Go to Main Menu > Recruiting> Create New Job

Go to Main Men> Recruiting> Pending

select the JOs you
want to approve/deny
without reviewing
them.

You can review JOs individually


by click on posting title. JO is
available for you to review and
then go to Approvals Tab.

Click on Approve OR
Deny button. Add
Comments if any.

Select the Job Openings


and choose Approve/
Deny from the drop down
list and click on Go.
