GNLW363CD-VFD Series decanter centrifuge is with 3 VFD to adjust
bowl speed, differential speed, pump capacity for different applications.
So its widely used in barite recovery, the fourth phase solids control,
drilling waste management, waste water or waste oil treatment.

Product Features
Bowl material made from Stainless Steel SS304 by
centrifugal casting, end cover of the bowl made by SS304
from forging which is better than Normal casting.
Solids discharge port protected by special ceramic inserts
for longer life.
The adjustable effluent ports provide for fast precise pond

depth configuration.
Pneumatic spring assist the opening of the centrifuge
cover and give more safety.
Bowl lifting bracket to protect the bearing during

transportation.
Conveyor Wear Surfaces: Special ceramic tiles .The

life is much longer than hard surface. And all tiles is
interchangeable for easy maintenance.
Stainless steel SS304 conveyor heat treatment to over
1000 for better strength.
The GNLW363CD is with two motors mounted on one

end, parallel and at equal elevation for smallest footprint
and maximum accessibility.
The GNLW452C is a single motor gear box drive
centrifuge for middle speed operation.
Main bearings of the centrifuge are FAG Brand Bearings.

Industry Applications
Drilling Mud Solids Control System

The GNLW363 Series decanter centrifuge is
popular as the fourth phase solids control. It is used
to separate fine solids between 2-10 micron, the
function is barite recovery, density reduction for low
gravity solids and high gravity solids.
Drilling Waste Management

The drilling fluids recovered by the drilling cuttings
dryer should go through the GNLW363 decanter
centrifuge to reduce the solids content before
returning to the active mud system. The GNLW363
decanter centrifuge can be used in WBM, SBM or
OBM.
Oil Sludge/Solids Control On Telescopic Skid

The design of the centrifuge on the telescopic skid
is popular for oil sludge separation, and solids
control rental business. The telescopic skid height is
adjustable, It allows the liquid discharged from the
centrifuge goes to storage tank by gravity without a
transfer pump.
Flocculants Enhanced Centrifuge Dewatering Unit

The result is a polymer enhanced flocculation of
colloidal and ultra-fine drilled solids that can be
efficiently removed with GN decanter dewatering
centrifuge. Without such a system, operators would
be left with the accumulation of colloidal and ultrafine
drilled solids in the mud system. Ultimately leading to
excessive mud densities, pipe torque/drag, mud loss,
disposal fees, and overall well cost.
Unlike other manufacturers, GN standard decanter centrifuge holds many patents for the design. The bowl is made from SS304 by
centrifugal casting instead of normal casting, the end cover of the bowl is made from forging instead of normal casting, moreover,
the screw conveyor of the centrifuge is made from SS304 and with heat treatment to over 1000 , the protection of the conveyor
wear surface is by abrasive special ceramic tiles with thickness over 4mm instead of hard surface. Besides, GN workshop has
the most advanced CNC machines to ensure the precise processing and good balance for each rotation components. All these
features ensure GN standard centrifuge reliable operation with longer life than its competitors.
