METAL SELF-DRILLING SCREWS
1. HIGHEST QUALITY PAINT COATING
Special painting and infra-red curing processes
guarantee high resistance of the coating
to mechanical damage during installation. Coating
thickness of 60-80 m and its insensitivity to UV rays
ensure its long-lasting colour matching the colour
of roofing. Paint coating also works as corrosion
protection.
2. ZINC COATED
Galvanised surface ensures high corrosion
protection and resistance to damage during
installation.

3. EPDM RUBBER WASHERS
They provide a watertight seal. Being
resistant to weather conditions they retain their
elasticity and reduce thermal motion effects.
The application of EPDM washers increases
seam resistance to corrosion.
4. HARDENING
Our screws undergo a heat treatment
which ensures the required hardness.
5. SELF-DRILLING TIP
The sharp drill bit, by reducing
the torque, ensures very
fast drilling through steel.

Steel St0 PN-88/H-84020

WSDST and WSDSK screws have been designed specifically for direct
timber-to-metal fixings. The drilling tip makes the screw able to drill
through both timber and metal. Steel studs help broaden the drill hole
in timber and thus make timber fixings easy. Having drilled through
timber, the studs are broken when meeting the metal member. Fine
thread of the screw with extra grooving allows for appropriate
embedment as well as reliable and tight timber-to-metal fixing.
