1) TERMINALDOGMA/(REDACTED) INTRODUCTION
Founded in YC113 by Will Gauss, TerminalDogma is the effort by Gauss to further his research
and exploration of the secrets of New Eden in secret itself. Following of the completion of Project
Galileo in parallel with Arek'Jaalan's efforts of a similar nature which failed to achieve fruition in their
Project Compass, Gauss became worried that his efforts would attract unwanted attention to those
members of his current corp who were not involved with his efforts. TerminalDogma was formed with
the express purpose of operating in secret in such a way that Gauss' friends and colleagues were
isolated from any blowback or consequences of his discoveries.
(REDACTED) was later formed, under the control of TerminalDogma in order to manage
Gauss' growing network of informants, unknowing accomplices, and research partners, while leaving
each endpoint ultimately unaware of the larger structure above them both to protect any given node
from any other node, and to compartmentalize information sharing such that no node can possibly
know too much, and become an information security risk. The (REDACTED) system, accessed
through the Capsuleer's neocoms over Galnet provides tracking and automated faceless communication
methods in order to isolate nodes from each other.
wormholes leading from highsec into an Anoikis system which hadn't been seen before, and double for
bookmarks into any adjoining wormholes from inside that one. Following confirmation and payout of
prizes for the scan by members not briefed on the purpose of their efforts, staff who had been briefed
on the purpose of their efforts would enter the wormhole(s), place Amarr Control Tower Small sticks
on any old moon, and without needing to online them use the Management interface to take
measurements from any given control tower to any other. These measurements were entered into the
(REDACTED) system, then in its infancy, and added to a growing table of data later used to build a
map of Anoikis. The surprising result was in the end, that Anoikis appears to be alarmingly flat, as if it
had once been a galaxy not unlike New Eden, but had begun rotating at such a rate that it had spread
and thinned like pizza dough into a plane. A great deal of Amarr Control Tower Smalls were lost
during Project Galileo, the attention Gauss' corp was getting due to his actions prompting the move into
secrecy in TerminalDogma. Some Galnet links follow for examples of these records which Gauss
would not have been able to erase:

the Anoikis version is orbiting with a radius of 75.175 AU. The only immediate difference between
these systems' New Eden versions and their Anoikis versions seemed to be the lack of peripheral items
such as ore and ice belts, and the stations appeared to be missing. Implications are discussed further in
the next section. Systems were matched first via the attributes of their Star, and filtered via their
fingerprint of planets. Systems matched show an alarming and uncanny uniformity in how closely
they match their New Eden counterparts, consistent in matching exactly one New Eden counterpart.
Planetary differences appear to only occur in evolutions of planets, but not loss or gain of moons. For
example, a Temperate planet may have become Barren, but will otherwise remain the same in its
moons and position, or the other way around. Each planet change noted by TerminalDogma appeared
to make sense given the evolution of a planet. Newly formed lava planets cool down, barren planets
develop water, or ice planets melt.
4) IMPLICATIONS/THEORIES
Put simply, the operating TerminalDogma theory given the Looking glass data is that Anoikis is
not a separate world entirely, but our own in the future. Whether it somehow got moved to our time or
our wormhole connections go through time is unknown, but the totality of the evidence appears to point
towards Anoikis being a post-catastrophe New Eden. Belts, stations, etc. all appear to have gone flying
off into space away from the planets and moons they formerly orbited as we know them today in New
Eden, resulting in these belts flying wildly about the Anoikis systems, necessitating Capsuleer scanning
to locate them. With these masses and bodies flying about chaotically, orbits are perturbed, resulting in
the orbit radius alterations we see in the initial Looking Glass success system, mostly resulting in
drifting outwards over time.
It is TerminalDogma's assumption that the Sleepers are what remains of New Eden society,
unable to function due to the failure of navigation means, or simply choosing not to through the
development of some means by which the physical world essentially no longer matters, leaving them
entirely indifferent to the damage which appears to have been done to New Eden. TerminalDogma
originally kept these results secret and safe in order to prevent Galileo results from being misused by
Capsuleers to extend the reach of large empires too wide that they no longer answer to their own
people. We face today however, a much greater threat than a tyrannical Capsuleer alliance in that these
same entities indifferent to the destruction of their own home have come to ours, and if Dr. Hilen
Tukoss's warning is any indication, they plan to come in much larger numbers. To survive to not make
the same mistakes as they, we must learn about them, understand them. This job is much larger than
TerminalDogma alone, even with the assistance of (REDACTED). TerminalDogma therefore, must for
the sake of New Eden sacrifice some of its veil of secrecy and the safety that comes with it in favor of
the greater safety of New Eden from arguably itself. TerminalDogma pledges as best it can to
cooperate with Arek'Jaalan and the larger Capsuleer community in order to save us all. For Capsuleer
community verification, a partial yet large dump of the Looking Glass matching data is published as
Appendix A so that Capsuleers can attach credibility to the information and conclusions within.
