The evaluation performance discussion is a time for two-way communication; your perspective and candid
input will ensure a productive discussion with your supervisor or manager. The following questions are
designed to help you get the most out of your forthcoming performance review discussion.

1.Comment on the results you achieved during this past evaluation period.
During my past evaluation period I have been worrking on appAugmenter product and
fixing issues. I have learnt many thing in this evaluation period and listed few things below.
I have learnt the complete concept and worning of Oracle EBS Customization Look and Feel.
Learnt how to fix issues in OAF and fixed issues in zoom function of appAugmenter.
I am current analyzing about the attachment properties in Oracle EBS and developing in our product
appAugmentor.
Learnt how to be flexible to change when and where required for business needs.
To work effectively and efficiently towards the work to have good work quality.
As an team member I have learnt collaborate with team members to get the job done.
Eager to learn more this on new technologies and keep update on it.
A good team player to work with my collegues understand them and work effectively with them.
I am optimistic person and also think on negavite side so that i can be ready during any circumstances.
Feeling nervous and hesitate to talk open in public and believe in those who give fake smile.
Conducting the a meeting on every month and fun event helps to reduce our stress and to know more about our
colleagues.
6. How can the managers / organization help in making you work more efficiently? How can we improve the
work environment to make you more productive?
To make employee life more pleasent by having flexible schedules, work-from home
schedules.
To give a monitor for individual employee as the level of our laptop position makes us to
strain.
