It can be simply determined by the country origin of the poet, or the writer of the epic.
2. Why did the Philippines have a lot of Epics?
Simply because we have a lot of Region that are culturally isolated from other regions, that includes the god
they serve, the language used, one epic cant be passed down to another region so they tend to create their own epic
to tell their younger generations.
