Mte 02

This document is an 8-page exam for a linear algebra elective course consisting of 7 multiple choice and numerical questions. It tests concepts related to vector spaces, linear transformations, matrices, eigenvalues, change of basis, quadratic forms, and properties of linear maps. The questions cover topics such as determining if a set is a vector space, finding the kernel and range of a linear transformation, diagonalizing matrices, verifying properties of matrices like Hermitian and unitary, working with subspaces, applying Gram-Schmidt process, reducing quadratic forms, and identifying true/false statements about linear algebra concepts.
