Understanding
(MoU)
Nature of collaboration:
1. This MOU is for enhancing the employability opportunities and to
enhance the placement opportunities of Vishakha Institute of
Engineering and technology- Narava, Visakhapatnam.
2. The primary purpose of this MOU is to introduce the add-on course
to Vishakha Institute of Engineering and technology college
students.
3. This MOU is basically Valid for one academic year further renewal
will be made on both parties agreement.
4. Both parties shall take all responsible steps to ensure the successful
completion or of this training and placements program and shall
cooperate each other in performance in their respective belongings.
5. Formula company shall provide Training and Vishakha Institute of
Engineering and technology college shall provide accommodation
and infrastructure facilities.
6. Vishakha Institute of Engineering and technology should collect
the amount from the students as per the financial deal made with
FORMULA company, Formula doesnt have any authority to
collect the fee from students Vishakha Institute of Engineering
and technology Directly.
7. Payment details: Formula has to provide 65 hours of training on
Soft skills communication skills and Aptitude skill. VIET has to
collect 1100/- per head and pay to Formula training company.
8. 40% of the amount will be paid at the beginning of the program
40% of the payment will be paid by on the second session starting
day 20% will be paid on the last day of the training.
Mutual obligations
1. This collaboration shall not be exclusive for both parties, College
should not have same collaboration with any other company with
out the prior information to acceptance of Formula Training
company.
2. Each party shall respect the others intellectual properties and shall
not use other parties Trade mark, Logo, and other brand name items
with out the prior written permission from the other party.
3. Each party shall be at liberty to terminate the MOU with a written
notice period of three (3) months to the other party by settling the
compensation and legal issues.
4. Any changes in implementation of procedure which are not as per
the present MOU will be discussed and incorporated in agreement
with both parties.
5. Training Schedules will be prepared by both parties on their
convenient dates.
6. Training Modules are prepared by both parties as per the students
requirement with both parties mutual unpretending.
7. Two days complimentary training will be provided on Recruitment
process before the campus selections .
