NATURE OF JOB:

Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.


- Maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.
-Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical equipment.
-Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and
suggestions from them.
-ISO documentation, Quality Circle formation for detecting problems and solving from shop floor
employees.
-Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees
and updating the checklists and audit reports.
Operation and Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical System, Utilities and Machineries.
-Operation and maintenance of DG Sets.
-Planning, Execution, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical System.
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of various Machinery.
Supervise the maintenance department activities.
- Responsible in checking the specification and the capacity of the machine and decide of which
machine is required to be imported from the suppliers.
- Responsible in troubleshooting the machines if there is any problem and complaint from the clients.
Develops the production machines (safety system, organize the working hours and periodic
checking).
- Gives training to the foreman in Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic machines for making
corrective and preventive maintenance for all production machines.
- Responsible in checking all the Fire Fighting system particularly in the electrical matter.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment required in the day to day working

-Responsible for maintaining an inventory for the requirement of the supplies and spare parts.
Troubleshoots plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for
eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.

Title: Real Time Clock using Microcontroller AT 89C51, IC DS 1307 and I2C bi-

directional bus.
Description:

The DS1307 is a low powerful binary coded decimal (BCD) clock/calendar

plus 56 bytes of NV SRAM. Address and data are transferred serially through an I2C
Bi-directional bus. The Clock/Calendar provides seconds, minute, hours, day,date,
month,and year information. The end of the month date is automatically adjusted for
months fewer than 31days including corrections for leap year. The clock operates in either
the 24-clock or 12-hour format with AM/PM indicator. The DS 1307 has a built in power
sense circuit that detects power failures and automatically switches to the battery supply.
