Power & Control cable tightness, dust level, earthing, received material inspection
* Site Analysis:
Drive cleaning Cold test of complete drive, Simulation test, drive commissioning
* Work Done at Site:

(i) Received new rectifier power block and drive internal spares material inspection done
(ii) Visual & physical inspection done on faulty drive. Cold test done for all power blocks and found ok
(iii) Installed the new rectifier power block (MLFB: 6SL3351-1AG37-4DA1) in drive panel and changed the damaged fiber optic cable
(A5E00106346). Capacitor forming done for all power blocks and verified the DC link voltage built up status.
(iv) Simulation test done for the complete drive and found ok.
(v) Drive stationary & turning measurement done. Started the drive and ran upto full speed (1450 rpm) and verified the motor operation. Found
ok. Drive complete operation verified through LCI and found ok. Values recorded through trace function.
