Mr A, Mr B, and Mr C all believe that there is a potential profit to be made during the
Soccer World Cup (which will end on 11 July 2010) by providing transport to
international tourists. Mr A will provide the use of the van that he owns for purposes of
this transportation. Mr A will also be driving the passengers to their various
destinations. Mr B will provide R2 000 for this business venture and will also design all
the marketing material. Mr C, who is a chartered accountant, will provide his
accounting services to the business enterprise. Mr C will also provide R1 500 to the
business venture. / Mnr A, mnr B en mnr C glo dat daar winste gedurende die
wreldbeker sokker (wat eindig op 11 Julie 2010) te maak is, deur vervoer aan
internasionale toeriste te verskaf. Mnr A sal die gebruik van sy bussie verskaf vir
doeleindes van vervoer en sal ook die toeriste na die verskillende bestemmings vervoer.
Mnr B sal R2 000 kapitaal stort en ook die ontwerp van bemarkingsmateriaal behartig.
Mnr C, n ouditeur, sal sy rekenkundige dienste aan die besigheid beskikbaar stel asook
R1 500 kapitaal stort.
