The high availability can be further secured by using redundant SYS 600C computers, redundant power supplies, as
well as by the support for redundant communication.
IEC 61850 compliant
The MicroSCADA Pro SYS 600C is compliant with the
IEC 61850 standard for substation automation including
Edition 2. This means that it can operate together with
IEC 61850-compliant IEDs, tools and systems, which
simplifies system engineering. With IEC 61850 support, the
MicroSCADA Pro SYS 600C creates seamless communication
and connectivity opportunities for its users.
Seamless integration and connectivity
The MicroSCADA Pro SYS 600C ensures optimized control
and reliable operation of your switchyard through the seamless
integration and connectivity between different devices and systems. SYS 600C also supports an extensive range of standard
and de facto standard communication protocols and interfaces.
Cyber security
A large number of cyber security features contained in
MicroSCADA Pro SYS 600C protect systems from abuse
and vandalism. Features include, for example:
user authentication
flexible user authorization
session expiration
communication encryption
event logging
reporting
MicrosSCADA Pro-based systems can also be be equipped
with industry-standard malware and intrusion protection solu-
