Cancellation Policy: - Once the booking is confirmed as above the following cancellation policy applies:

Once the invoice is raised it will not be cancelled and we will issue a credit for the value paid which can be used for up to 6
months from the date of issue of the invoice.

If a Participant fails to attend the program, the fees will not be refunded, however the replacements are allowed

For cancellations or postponements received 7 working days or less before the date of the workshop or, if a registered
participant does not cancel or postpone and fails to attend the workshop, 75% of the fee paid is issued as a credit to be
used for up to 6 months from the date of issue for any future FranklinCovey workshop in that Financial Year. (The
remaining 25% is allocated as a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred by FranklinCovey India Training and
Consulting )
