with company stamp affixed as a token of acceptance of the order immediately on receipt of P.O by email.
VAT@5% is indicated in the tax column of the PO.
The P.O. value is inclusive of Freight and Insurance for damage free door delivery to site at Uthangal, near Neyveli.
Please adhere to the delivey schedule mentioned in the purchase order. L.D @ 0.5 % per week of delay to a maximum of 5 %
of the order value will be levied for delivery beyond due date.
DESTINATION BOOKING: Any information regarding consignment booking or sending the documents to TAQA, you may
please contact Mr. C.Sivaperumal - Executive officer - Stores at 04142-304307
DOCUMENTS SENDING: Kindly send the documents through " The Professional courier ( or ) Speed Post" as they provide
regular services to the shipping address mentioned in the purchase order.
TRANSPORT BOOKING: Kindly book the material through "ABT Parcel Service / ARC Parcel service/ Associated Road
Carriers/Speed Post/The Professional Courier [or] your authorized transporter who will provide door delivery service " by
surface to the shipping address mentioned in the purchase order. With regard to ABT Parcel Service local agent of Neyveli
may be contacted at 04142-262852/ 9842129069 for any help. If the term is for door delivery and the transporter does not
provide door delivery service, then any extra expenditure incurred for bringing the material to the site will be debited to the
suppliers account.
Terms and Conditions mentioned here in should be strictly and sincerely adhered to, by the Supplier. Deviation without prior
approval causing extra expenditure will be debited to supplier's account.
Time is the essence of this contract.
