The fox and the grapes
One fine day, a fox saw a bunch of ripe grapes hanging from a vine. He stretched up, but could not reach the grapes.
He jumped, but still he could not reach them. He jumped up again and again. But he couldnt reach the grapes. So he
said, I dont want the grapes. They are sour.
Moral: - We should not be greedy.

Story 2
The lion and the mouse
Once upon a time a mouse was playing near a lion. The lion was sleeping. The mouse ran across the lions paw. The
lion woke up and was angry. He caught the mouse. The mouse said, I am sorry .dear lion , please let me go. The
lion felt bad and let the mouse go. The mouse promised to help the lion one day. The lion laughed. How can a small
mouse help a lion? Many days later, the lion was caught in a hunters net. The mouse heard and the lion roaring. He
came quickly and cut the ropes with his sharp teeth. The lion was free!
Moral: - No one is too small or too weak to help someone.

Story 3
A Greedy Farmer and a Goose
Once there was a farmer. He had a goose. It was a strange goose. The goose laid a golden egg everyday. The farmer
sold the golden eggs and became rich. But he was a greedy man. He wanted all the eggs at once. So he killed and
open the goose. But alas! He found only one golden egg inside.
Moral: - We should not be too greedy for anything.

Story 4
The Clever Sheep
Once there lived a sheep. He was very clever. One day wolf came to catch him to sing a song before he ate him. The
sheep wanted to dance. The wolf began to howl loudly. Hearing the howl, the farmers dogs rushed to the spot and
drove him away.
Moral: - Parsens of mind saves us from dangers.
