Amways Sales Plan has stood the test of times, and for 55 years has been recognized as
the leader in Direct Selling compensation across the globe. Amway continues to have the
best compensation package, which has helped change the lives of millions of people
around the world.
From time to time, we have added additional elements in the compensation plan, which
have proven to be the catalyst for exponential growth. Growth Incentive Programs (or GIPs
as they are well known), coupled with Business trips have been motivating for all of you and
your downlines. They provide another good reason, but SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY reason
for you to go Platinum, Emerald or Diamond.
We are currently running a program, with never before offered monetary benefits,
designed to provide that extra income over the core plan income. It is easy to understand,
yet so highly rewarding.
The program rewards GROWTH. Everybody who grows (and is at least at the Platinum level)
can benefit from this program. We encourage you to think long-term and how this GIP can
help you on the path to a large, sustainable & profitable Amway business.

Annual Growth Incentive


Program for Platinums

Criteria:

In order to participate in this program;


You must be a new/re-qualified Platinum in PY September 2014 - August 2015 and in each
subsequent PY of the GIP.
Your baseline volume at the beginning of every year is the total BV generated in your personal
Platinum group during the last PY, down to, but excluding the next downline qualified Platinum
and above.
To calculate your current year's business volume, you, as a Platinum can count all BV down to,
but excluding, the next downline qualified Platinum and above in the current PY.
Volume only from in-market legs would be considered for the purpose of calculating growth.

How Does The Platinum Annual Program Work :

a) Platinum Business Volume Growth Program :


This annual program is designed to incentivise all qualified Platinum's on the incremental BV
over the previous year's baseline BV.
3 Easy steps to success
1. Get your baseline volume from Amway at the start of every PY.
2. Plan and set a growth goal along with your upline.
3. Go for your Goals !!! You will be paid
`1 for every additional 25 BV of growth over your baseline volume at Platinum Level.
`1 for every additional 20 BV of growth over your baseline volume at Founders
Platinum Level.
b) Break a Pin Program (BAP) :
When you break a New Platinum (from within your personal Platinum group), you as the
immediate upline Qualified / Re-qualified Platinum would receive a BAP amount of `1 Lakh.
*However; please note:
For you, as the immediate upline qualified / Re-qualified Platinum, to receive the entire BAP
amount of `1 Lakh, the New Downline Platinum must qualify for at least 6 months @ 10,000
Group PV during PY.
You, as the immediate upline Qualified / Re-qualified Platinum would earn the following if the
New downline Platinum qualifies through a mixed structure (QV, Q1 and Q2):
The full BAP of `1 Lakh if the Group PV (side volume) is more than or equal to 72,000 PV in
the PY.
Half the BAP i.e. `50,000/-, if the Group PV (side volume) is less than 72,000 PV in the PY.

2012 - 2015

The immediate upline qualified / Re-qualified Platinum of any ABO who is a non re-qualified
Platinum as on 1st September 2014, for the period of the GIP, but was a Platinum at some point
in time, would get half the BAP amount i.e. `50,000/-, if any such ABO subsequently
re-qualifies as a Platinum in the PY regardless of the structure.
When a New / RQG Emerald or a New / RQG Diamond breaks within a Platinum group, the
immediate upline Platinum would not be entitled for any BAP.
When a New / RQG Platinum breaks off, the tracking volume and the baseline volume of the up
line qualified / Re-qualified Platinum would automatically get recalculated.
To calculate the growth volume of the upline qualified / Re-qualified Platinum (on which
he would get paid), we would exclude the volume of the new / RQG Platinum from both the
tracking year as well as the baseline year.
The BAP will be paid on the downlines highest New / RQG pin at the end of each performance
year and only once during the entire 3 year GIP period, for the same pin.
c) Founders Platinum One Time Cash Award (OTCA):
All qualified /Re-qualified Platinums who achieve the Founders Platinum qualification will receive an
OTCA. This is rewarded for only once in the 3 year GIP Period for the same Founders Pin
as per the details below :
v A New Founders Platinum will receive an OTCA of `2.5 Lakhs.
v A Re-qualified Founders Platinum (after a gap) will receive an OTCA of `1.25 Lakhs.
* Subject to fulfilling the following criteria.

Program for Emeralds
Criteria:
In order to participate in this program;

You must be a new/re-qualified Emerald in PY September 2014 - August 2015 and in each
subsequent PY.

personal Emerald group during the last PY, down to, but excluding the next downline qualified/
Re-qualified Emerald and above.
To calculate your current year's BV, you, as an Emerald can count all BV down to, but
excluding, the next downline qualified /Re-qualified Emerald and above in the current PY.
Volume from in-market legs only would be considered for the purpose of calculating growth.

How Does The Emerald Annual Program Work :

a) Emerald Business Volume Growth Program :


This annual program is designed to incentivize all qualified /Re-qualified Emerald's on the
incremental business volume over the previous year's baseline BV.
3 Easy steps to success
1. Get your baseline volume from Amway at the start of every PY.
2. Plan and set a growth goal along with your upline.
3. Go for your Goals !!! You will be paid
`1 for every additional 35 BV of growth over your baseline volume, at Emerald Level.
`1 for every additional 30 BV of growth over your baseline volume, at Founders
Emerald Level.
b) Emerald Premium Plan
All New / Re-qualified Emeralds in PY September14-August15 and in each subsequent
performance year shall be rewarded for individual growth in the form of a Premium on
volume growth GIP.
All qualified Emeralds must grow by atleast 30% over baseline volume (within personal Emerald
group) to participate in the premium plan.
This Premium would be equivalent to your volume growth upto but not beyond 100% growth.
Premium will be calculated only on Volume Growth GIP.
Example 1 : If an Emerald achieves the Volume Growth GIP of 4 Lakhs by growing the business
by 50% over the previous year;
They would receive `4 Lakhs GIP Volume Growth Bonus
`2 Lakhs Premium Bonus (50% of volume Growth GIP)
Total of `6 Lakhs* (as volume growth and Premium)

c) Break a Pin Program:


When you break a New Emerald (from within your personal Emerald group), you as the
immediate upline Qualified / Re-qualified Emerald would receive a Break A Pin amount (BAP) of
`3 Lakhs.*
* However; please note:
For helping a RQG Emerald requalify, you as the immediate upline Qualified / Re-qualified Emerald
will receive a BAP of `2 Lakhs.*
When a New Emerald breaks off, the tracking volume and the baseline volume of the upline
Emerald would automatically get recalculated. To calculate the growth volume of the upline
Emerald (on which he would get paid), Amway would exclude the volume of the new Emerald
from both the current year as well as the baseline year.
The BAP will be paid on the downlines highest Re-qualified pin at the end of the performance
year and only once during the entire 3 year GIP period, for the same pin.
IMPORTANT : For a NEW/RQG PLATINUM, during the PY, if the immediate upline is a
qualified /Re-qualified Emerald, then he/she will count this Platinum's volume for Emerald
Volume Growth GIP & will not receive a BAP amount.
d) Founders Emerald One Time Cash Award (OTCA):
All qualified /Re-qualified Emeralds who achieve the Founders Emerald qualification will
receive an OTCA. This is rewarded only once in the 3 year GIP Period for the same Founders
Pin as per the details below :
A New Founders Emerald will receive an OTCA of `5 Lakhs.
A Re-qualified Founders Emerald (after a gap) will receive an OTCA of `2.5 Lakhs.
e) Business Building Bonus(BBB): All new / re-qualified Emerald & Founders
Emerald with at least 15% GIP volume growth will receive a BBB.
Emerald : `2 Lakhs
Founder Emerald : `3 Lakhs

by 150% over the previous year;
They would receive `5 Lakhs GIP Volume Growth Bonus

Total of `10 Lakhs* (as volume growth and Premium)
* Does not include payout from any other component of GIP.

You must be a new/re-qualified Diamond in PY September 2014 - August 2015 and in each
subsequent PY.

personal Diamond group during the last PY, down to, but excluding the next downline
qualified Diamond and above.
To calculate your current year's BV, you, as a Diamond can count all BV down to, but
excluding, the next downline qualified Diamond and above in the current PY.
Volume only from in-market legs would be considered for the purpose of calculating growth.

How Does The Diamond Annual Program Work :

a) Diamond Business Volume Growth Program :


This annual program is designed to incentivise all qualified Diamonds & above on the incremental
BV over the previous year's baseline BV.
3 Easy steps to success
1. Get your baseline volume from Amway at the start of every PY.
2. Plan and set a growth goal along with your upline.
3. Go for your Goals !!! You will be paid
`1 for every additional 55 BV of growth over your baseline volume, at Diamond Level.
`1 for every additional 50 BV of growth over your baseline volume, at Founders
Diamond Level & Above.
b) Diamond Premium Plan
All New / Re-qualified Diamonds in PY September14-August15 shall be rewarded for individual
growth in the form of a Premium on volume growth GIP.
All qualified Diamonds must grow by atleast 30% over baseline volume(within personal Diamond
group) to participate in the premium plan.
This Premium would be equivalent to your volume growth upto but not beyond 100% growth.
Premium will be calculated only on Volume Growth GIP.
Example 1 : If a Diamond achieves the Volume Growth GIP of 10 Lakhs by growing the business
by 30% over the previous year;
They would receive `10 Lakhs GIP Volume Growth Bonus
`3 Lakhs Premium Bonus (30% of volume Growth GIP)
Total of `13 Lakhs* (as volume growth and Premium)

c) Break a Pin Program:


When you break a New Diamond (from within your personal Diamond group), you as the
immediate upline Qualified / Re-qualified Diamond or above would receive a BAP amount
of `6 Lakhs*
* However; please note:
For helping a RQG Diamond requalify, you as the immediate upline Qualified / Re-qualified Diamond
will receive a BAP of `4 Lakhs.*
When a New Diamond breaks off, the tracking volume and the baseline volume of the upline
Diamond would automatically get recalculated. To calculate the growth volume of the upline
Diamond (on which he would get paid), Amway would exclude the volume of the new Diamond
from both the current year as well as the baseline year.
The BAP will be paid on the downlines highest Re-qualified pin at the end of the performance
year and and only once during the entire 3 year GIP period, for the same pin.
IMPORTANT : For a New/ RQG Platinum/Emerald during the PY - if the immediate upline is a
qualified /Re-qualified Diamond, then he/she will count this Platinum's/Emerald's volume for
Diamond Volume Growth GIP & will not receive the BAP amount.
d) Founders Diamond One Time Cash Award (OTCA):
All qualified / Re-qualified Diamonds who achieve the Founders Diamond qualification will
receive an OTCA. This is rewarded for only once in the 3 year GIP Period for the same
Founders Pin as per the details below :
A New Founders Diamond will receive an OTCA of `10 Lakhs.
A Re-qualified Founders Diamond (after a gap) will receive an OTCA of `5 Lakhs.
e) Business Building Bonus (BBB): All qualified / Re-qualified Diamonds & Above with
at least 15% GIP volume growth will receive `6 Lakhs as BBB.
This component will be reviewed on an yearly basis.

by 120% over the previous year;
They would receive `14 Lakhs GIP Volume Growth Bonus

All payout for the annual program would be made at the end of each PY and payouts for the
Consistency Bonanza would be made at the end of the GIP i.e. August 2015.
All new /RQG qualifications have to start and complete in the same PY i.e. September August.
All payments for the Annual Program and the Consistency Bonanza Program are inclusive
of service tax and are subject to all applicable taxes and levies as prevailing from time to time
and shall be borne by the ABO's.
ABOs can qualify for Founders Diamond & above either through legs or FAA progam (both in market).
This GIP & all TRIPS is a discretionary program and is liable to be changed or amended by Amway
India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. at it's sole discretion any time during the period of the program,
without any prior notice.
GIP 2012-2015 & all TRIPS are not a guaranteed part of the Amway Sales Plan. Invitation for
Amway Business Trips is discretionary. It will be paid out only to those ABOs who are in good
standing with the company and Amways Rules of Conduct & Code of Ethics, during the program
& at the time of payouts. The final decision with respect to payment / invitation will rest
with Amway India.
All qualifications and linked benefits from this GIP are subject to validation from Amway India.
The criteria of paying GIP ( all components) to Non resident ABOs - NRIs and or Foreigners are
as follows;
1) Must visit the market at least once a year, &
2 ) Must spend at least 2 weeks in the market during the course of each of the GIP years.
Please note that this is a discretionary Program and will only be paid to those resident ABOs
who have spent physical time in India and can demonstrate that they have been building the
business in India as defined above.

Consistency Bonanza 2012-2015


Encourages the building of a long term, sustainable, profitable Amway business.
Rewards growth & consistency in the Amway business.
This three year block program (starting September 1, 2012 till August 31, 2015) is designed to
reward growth & consistency in qualification and to increase profitability of ABOs over a period
of 3 years.
Criteria:
All ABOs are eligible to participate in Consistency Bonanza.
However, you must qualify/re-qualify atleast as an Emerald by end of 1st GIP year, i.e. August 2013.
All qualified Diamonds and above as on August 2015 can participate in this program.
Volume and FAA Points from in-market legs only will be considered for this program.
An average 15% GIP volume growth across the three performance years 2012-13, 2013-14 & 2014-15.
The consistency bonanza is applicable to all NEW and RE-QUALIFIED pin levels as shown in the
given table.

Shown below is a matrix of which pin levels the qualifying ABOs need to maintain, to earn the
Bonanza at each slab of this amazingly rewarding component of the GIP. A growth percentage
is mandatory in each year of the consistency bonanza, as mentioned below.
All Qualified Diamonds & above as of 31st August 2015 are eligible to participate in the
Consistency Bonanza.
Average 15% GIP Volume Growth is required across three years of the GIP for the Consistency Bonanza.

Rules / Criteria:
1. Points are earned during a qualified Silver Producer Month only.
2. Must maintain 1,250 Group PV in every SP month (incase of 2 or more legs) to receive ALS points.
3. For an Existing Platinum: Must be a Re-qualified Platinum to attend ALS (has to complete
six SP months in fiscal year, i.e. from September to August).
While he/she has to qualify/requalify as Platinum within the Performance Year, he/she can still
achieve the required ALS points to participate in Mega Leadership Seminar from March 2014

During the 3 year GIP period, Amway will host 3 Diamond Invitational trips, 1 for each of the three
years. These would be trips of unmatched quality & experiences in some of the most sought after
places across the globe. These trips would have an ideal mix of business, relaxations & will
commensurate with the level of Diamond & above qualifications.
Criteria
Qualified Diamonds & above with In-Mkt legs each of the Performance years.
The Diamond Invitational trip for the Qualifiers of September 2014 August 2015 will be a
once in a life-time trip to South Africa.

is not a requalified Diamond at the beginning of GIP Program
- requalifies as Diamond during the performance Year in GIP period.

Group

All ABOs within the group of a Platinum down to but


excluding the next qualified Platinum.

Personal Emerald
Group

All ABOs within the group of an Emerald down to but


excluding the next qualified Emerald.

Personal Diamond
Group

All ABOs within the group of a Diamond down to but


excluding the next qualified Diamond.

Amway Business Leadership Seminar.

FAA Points

Points achieved through Founders Achievement Award (FAA) program.

Volume Equivalency

An option available to ABOs to qualify at Founders Platinum level by


achieving at least 10 Silver Producer months and with the total annual
volume of at least 1,44,000 PV during the performance year.
