Build an Infrasonic Microphone Guide

This document provides instructions for building an infrasonic microphone to detect low frequency sound waves between 0.1 Hz and 10 Hz. It describes how to construct a pressure sensor using a balloon stretched over a glass jar, and attaching a magnet. A simple transistor amplifier circuit is included to increase the sensitivity. The microphone can be used to detect natural phenomena like storms or man-made sources like aircraft. Testing instructions involve detecting infrasound produced by opening doors or shaking cardboard.
