Setting New Standards In Audio Performance

8 Channel 24bit/96kHz A/D and D/A Converters
At Panasonic we’re taking digital further once again, with our new 96 Series of A/D and D/A converters. These new
96 kHz linear 24 bit with 128 times oversampling converters deliver up to an incredible 120dB dynamic range.

The 96 Series is fully compatible with most digital production formats, including the new AES Dual and Hi-Speed
Modes and the ADAT Normal and Dual Modes.

The AD96M boasts a patented, low noise, wide dynamic range and ‘Padless’ front end for the purest transfer of sound
from mic to preamp, while the AD96 and DA96 are engineered to handle the most critical digital conversion applica-
tions, all at a very cost-effective price.

AD96
• Designed for DVD Audio and Surround Sound mastering
• The ideal interface from an analog mixer to a digital recorder (audio or video, tape or HD)
or as a front end for MDMs, DAWs, ADAT
• Precision Meter Circuit with selectable reference levels

AD96M
• Same sonic performance and functionality as the AD96
• Expand the number of mic inputs into a digital mixer, such as the Panasonic DA7/DA7V
• 48V Phantom Power individually switched

DA96
• The ideal interface from a digital recorder (audio or video, tape or HD) to an analog mixer
or from a digital mixer to an analog recorder
• Designed for multi channel (Surround Sound) monitoring and playback
• Add more outputs to digital mixers for live or recording
