Capital structure: Theories and determinants of capital structure, Financial indifference point.
DIVIDEND DECISIONS:
Models and determinants of dividend decisions.
WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT:
Theory and determinants: Forecasting and financing of working capital, Management of
cash, marketable securities and receivables, Credit rating and factoring in India.

Corporate Restructuring: Acquisitions, change in ownership, Lease financing and Venture
capital financing in India.
