Dear Technocrats,

HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS!

I have an immense pleasure in informing you that the First Graduation Day of our college
will be held on Saturday, the 15th March 2014 at 8:00 am in the premises of Technical Campus.
Dr. M. Rajaram, Vice-Chancellor, Anna University, Chennai, has kindly consented to be the
Chief Guest and to deliver the Graduation Address. You are cordially invited to attend the function
and to receive your Certificate Degree. You requested to acknowledge the receipt of this letter
immediately and to send me the details in the format attached.
Please note the following:
1. You must register yourself personally on 14.03.2014(Friday) in the registration counter in
RCET Office. You are requested to remit Rs.750/-(Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty
Only) by cash. Accommodations will be provided for graduates from other districts
and states.
2. Graduates placed in jobs are informed to bring their present employer details such
as: Photocopy of Appointment Order, ID card, etc., without fail.
3. You will be given the necessary procedure for the function along with the Convocation robe
which will be provided on rent, allowed to receive the Degree from the Chief Guest.
However, you can receive your degree in person from the Principal after the function is
over.
4. You are permitted to attend the function with your parents. No other guests / relatives /
friends are allowed.
5. It is needless for us to remind you of the Dress Code of our college. Please come in
formal dress in accordance with the college tradition which you are already aware of.
Use of mobile phones inside the campus is strictly prohibited. The same applies to
your parents as well.
6. Transport arrangements are made for your convenience to and from Perambalur and at all
regular routes.
You are informed to take this as a personal invitation from the Chairman, the Management, the
Principal and Staff. We look forward to your participation in this very important function. Please let
us know about your participation along with the details requested in format attached, the furnished
format should reach the college office through the post (The registration committee, First
Graduation Day, Roever College of Engg. & Tech.,Elambalur(Po), Perambalur 621 220)
