Please refer the letters cited under reference where in, a Broadband Plan called RURAL USO COMBO 250 is also
furnished with tariff and other particulars. All the (Common Service Centers) CSCs in the USOF Locations /
Exchange areas of AP may please be provided with the Broadband connections in Plan RURAL USO COMBO
250 or in the 3 CSC Plans after obtaining individual case wise applications by personally contacting with each CSC
Holder / VLE mentioned in the above 8 Lists. A separate class code BSCSC may strictly be used for all
connections pertaining to CSCs. M/s CMS (a Service Center Agency of the Commissioner, Electronically deliverable
services, IT&C Department, Govt. of AP) has approached this office for provision of 47 (in List-1) +16 (in List-2) + 12
(in List-3) + 23 (in List-4) + 37 (in List-5) + 29 (in List-6) + 21 (in List-7) + 36 (in List-8) BB Connections for CSCs
under the above mentioned Plans. All Commercial formalities, Payment issues and implementation issues by
contacting the customers (Mobile Nos given in the Lists attached at Reference-A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H) in this regard
may please be taken care by SSAs only. The SSAs (ADB 1, ATP 3, CDP 0, ELR 20, GTR 13, HTD 0,
KAA 14, KHM 0, KNL 16, MBN 1, NGD 5, NLR 0, NZB 19, ONG 2, RMY 13, SGD 5, SKLM 7,
TRP 13, VJ 5, VM 4, VZM 14, WGL - 0 :: TOTAL 155 so far provided) who have reached double digit in
providing CSC BB Connections are appreciated and all are requested to complete pending connections. The SSAs
yet to start providing the CSC BB Connections as per the above consolidated list may approach SSAs with Double
digit connections, in case of any difficulty in implementation issues and make arrangements to provide the
connections on war foot basis.
All the SSA Heads and concern Nodal Officers are requested to kindly cooperate by instructing the concern
DOTSOFT / Commercial / Accounts Officers suitably for provision of the above mentioned connections on Top
priority basis.
