    obtain job as a lecturer at College Matriculation Perak such as in advertising on

    experience working for as a lecture. I am highly skilled and specialize in new
    treatments that are at the cutting edge of teaching. I keep up to date with
    research journals and new technical methods that come out.

    I want to be a lecturer in Matriculation Colleges because this decision was


    a cultimination of a process of reflection about what I want to do with my life. I
    have choose a career in education because I believe that is one of the important
    functions performed in our culture. I believe that teachers individually and
    collectively have the ability to not only change the world but to improve it.
    Many of the great teachers that I have had though out my education have
    become my heroes and role models. I began to understand high school and
    college that great teachers have skills that I wanted to learn. I remember that
    great teacher were good in explaining content, were patient yet firm with
    students, always fair, knew how to motivate and use humorappropriately.this is
    type of teacher that I intend to become.
    Moreover, I want student to learn in a safe and comfortable environment
    so that their self-esteem will be increased. A high in self-esteem will enable
    them to strive and accomplish any goals they set for themselves. So as a teacher,
    I will play my role in helping them to do that I will have the privilege of
    shaping future parents and productive members of society.
    During my undergraduate program, I choose classes that would help me
    in my careers a teacher. These classes ranged from discipline, psychology for
    adults, children, and adolescents, along the topic that are important to both
    educator and parents.

    A teacher has the direct opportunity to make a difference, to change the


    future. I have been told that I am an idealist. I have been told for everyone. I
    will set high goals as a teacher and do my best to show each and every student
    that these goals are within their reach. I will expect every one of my student to
    learn and more importantly to understand.
