Acosta, Timothy John S. 2007-16445 CE 112: Elevation Nod eID FT

This document contains the results of a hydraulic analysis of a proposed water transmission system for a subdivision. It includes tables showing node elevations, demand over time, pump operating hours, and flow and pressure results. Graphs show the demand pattern, flow during pumping and non-pumping periods. The analysis found that demand requirements were met over 24 hours without excessive pressures when a high storage tank was included to reduce pump run time.

Summary and Assumptions of Analysis:
Demand Requirements were met for a 24 Hour Period Analysis with no
disconnection of links due to excessive pressure. Ext Tank was a dummy tank to
simulate an inflow from another transmission system. The High Tank was proposed
to keep a storage system as to not make the pump work all the time for a 24 hour
period.
