Rewrite the sentences in passive voice.

Note: silent 'e' in 'congratulate' is dropped when adding '-ed'.

She would order a pizza. - A pizza would be ordered by her.In positive sentences we use
would + be + past participle.
He would build a new house. - A new house would be built by him.In positive sentences we
use would + be + past participle.
