Performance Note
Boxed phrases should be repeated up until the next phrase or end of bar.
Notated intermediate phrases should be smoothly moved into and out of.
The piece should be played as expressively and emotively as possible, with
each bar being drawn out until the performer feels ready to move onto the
next. This can be decided in part by the sustain of the notes - if the pedal
is held between bars, the performer should let the sound become fairly
clear before moving on.

Hairpins represent overall undulations, rather than simply dynamics.


Tempo and performative intensity should increase and decrease along with
volume.
