Please read the Instructions carefully:

1. Incomplete application form shall not be entertained.


2. Any incorrect statement made in this form may lead to disciplinary action
and/or cancellation of admission at any time.
3. Application must reach the concerned admission desk by last date fixed for
receipt of applications, failing which application form will not be entertained.
4. Attach result card of valid GAT (General) for M.Phil/MSc(Hons)/MS/LLM
and GAT (Subject) for PhD, if already passed.
5. For admission in M.Phil/MSc(Hons)/MS/LLM those who have not qualified
the GAT (General), will be required to appear in entry test on the given
schedule and they have to submit the GAT (General) form along with
admission application form.
6. Attach challan forms of designated branches of IUB or Demand Draft/Pay
Order of Rs.500/- (processing fee) and Rs.900/- (GAT-General fee) payable in
favor of Treasurer, IUB.
7. Attach attested photocopies of the certificates/degrees from Matric to Master
or M.Phil, as the case may be, and other relevant testimonials.
8. Persons already in service must submit NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE
from the employer.
9. Those candidates who have passed their last examination from an institution
other than IUB, are required to submit migration certificate.
