Nowadays, we are noticing growing changes in people's lifestyles that call for new forms of dwelling. The space is becoming more and
more valuable and residential architecture is rapidly changing, from building classic family houses to making smaller prefabricated
residence buildings that are thoughtfully designed, made of excellent contemporary materials and have much greater connection to nature
surrounding it. In such spaces the quality of life improves immensely.
In COODO, contemporary living , we are aware of both, spatial problems and current trends and we want to be active participants in
improving existing standards of living by using modern design, innovative solutions and contemporary materials in our practice. We have
developed a group of modular units that combine all the qualities stated above with total modularity and compatibility. We think our
modular units are the answer to the high standards that modern society has regarding to its living in terms of visual appearance and
functionality.
All of our units were designed with a special consideration to the possibility of placing them in different surroundings (from natural scenes
to different landscapes and architectural environments) and different climates. We also want to give the customer the freedom to make
their unit unique by allowing them to customize it according to their own needs and wishes. The group of our modular units consists of
multifunctional pavilion, pergola, summer kitchen, mobile living units and residential building. The buyer can personalize his unit, among
other, by choosing the facade material, its colour and texture. In this catalogue we are presenting three different types of mobile homes,
which differ in size and equipment.

MY VACATION
are contemporary designed mobile summer houses, which are, due to advanced
technical solutions, highly adaptable to various climates and thus
suitable for any chosen location. The units are, with their glazed living space in combination
with polyester facade and wooden pergola, designed in a way that allows them to fit
excellently in diverse environments, from uninhabited natural landscapes to urban centers.
The possibility of customizing your mobile unit depending on its location
and your individual wishes can make every unit different and therefore unique. The unit
can be provided with self-sufficient energy supply and equipped with the
remote monitoring and control system.

INTERIOR FURNISHING
Combines contemporary design, functionality and premium materials.
All the pieces of furniture are designed in a way that they complement each other
and form a complete interior, while their uniqueness and design allow them to work
in any other given interior.
BEDROOM
has a clean and curvy shape and is made of wood, covered in white and zebrano veneer, but it can be made in any
other colour. It consists of two closets and a french bed. The frame of the bed is sized is suitable for a french sized
mattress. The bed has a headboard, on top of which there are LED lights installed. The frame of the bed is placed on
steel legs.
BATHROOM
The materials and colours used in the bathroom are the same as those in the bedroom white, zebrano and metal. Bathroom equipment includes a toilet, shower, wash basin with
cabinet and an alcove for washing machine and water heater. All the built in items of
sanitary equipment are of top brands and premium quality.
KITCHEN
is a combination of soft, rounded design and functionality. It consist of one large cabinet
and kitchen block with induction hotplate, kitchen vent, sink, dish washer and additional
storage space. All elements are made in combination of white and zebrano, but they can
also be made in any other combination of colours or wood textures.
The counter and kitchen sink are made of white kerrock, a material that has very good
chemical and mechanical resistance. The upper element is made of wood. The kitchen vent
is positioned on the bottom of the upper storage cabinet. The door handles are made of
milled aluminium.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Our mobile living units are made of premium materials and use advanced
technologies, such as energy saving options and modern monitoring systems.
The use of contemporary technical solutions is what makes
our products different and appealing, fulfilling high demands of modern
lifestyles in nowadays society.

the construction of the structural framework ensures load capacity to withstand the weight of snow (class C: 250kg/m2 guaranteed as
standard for all models), which makes the units suitable for areas with large amounts of snow precipitations
insulation: 15cm of mineral and glass wool ensuring high levels of wall thermal insulation and long-term stability and durability
corrosion resistance: 100% metal chassis is made of extra strong galvanized steel with corrosion-resistant soldering in the electric
circuits
windows and doors: durable double-glazed aluminium windows and aluminium external doors
energy efficiency: built-in household appliances are labeled with class A energy efficiency grade. Long life LED lamps with higher
luminous intensity, lower energy consumption (4x less than the regular lamps), and precise luminosity control are installed
there is an option of smart home monitoring and managing of electric power system, remote control system (by computer or a smart
phone)
Anti-smog function alows elimination of electromagnetic radiation at night, by turning of electrical appliances

TOURIST HOLIDAY SITE
MY RESORT
Coodo mobile living units can be assembled together to form MY RESORT a tourist holiday camp, entirely built from mobile units intended for living, services, administration, sports
activities, recreation and wellness. MY RESORT can be set as composite of suits that provide
the user all the comfortableness of a home. On the other hand the services (like cooking,
cleaning, washing clothes etc.) can be provided by the resort itself. The individual units are compatible in a
way that they can be assembled together to form larger, more complex units.
MY RESORT can be positioned in any environment: by the ocean coast, in the alpine regions
or as a part of thermal spa resort or any other tourist offer. The layout of each individual tourist
resort can entirely adapt to any given location.
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
MY HOME
is a prefabricated house that can be configured by the client himself according to his
needs. It is built of separate units, each of them representing a different living space.
The units can be combined horizontally and vertically.
The biggest advantage of MY HOME is its flexibility. Its layout and appearance
can be changed also later on by simply adding or removing individual
units. MY HOME can adapt to any changed conditions.
Due to materials used, the unit can also be placed on water.
OTHER PROGRAMS
COODO units can be used not only for residential use, but also for various other purposes:
they can form an office, coffe place, bar, restaurant, showroom, butique,
or any other commercial building.
