Structural Analysis & Design Report-Parapet

This structural analysis and design report summarizes the analysis methodology, code references, material specifications, and wind load calculations for the parapet wall assembly of the Qatar Economic Zone 1 & 3 Admin and Archive Office buildings in Al Wakra, Qatar. The parapet framing is analyzed as a simple truss subjected to bidirectional wind loads. Key codes referenced include QCS 2010 and Eurocodes. Material specifications provided are for 89x41x0.75mm cold-formed steel C-sections and self-drilling screws. Wind loads are calculated per BS EN1991-1-4:2005 for a reference height of 7.5m in terrain category III.
