CD Integrated Sdn Bhd (CDI) is a locally established

services oriented systems integrator and is wholly
owned and managed by Bumiputra professionals. We
are registered with The Ministry of Finance (MOF) and
other major authorities.

Situated in a strategic and upcoming locality which is in

Damansara Perdana, where there is a rapid growth of
Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
companies making up the community. This in turn
would create a hub for a 'One Stop' ICT solutions
centre to be established. With a 'state-of-the-art'
infrastructure, we are able to serve our customers
better.

As a company, CDI is a Project Oriented Integration

Executive Chairman

Wan Remlah Abdul Ghani, aged 52, joined the Board in July 2004 and was appointed its
Executive Chairman. She is also a director and the chairman for CD Holdings Sdn Bhd
where the company main business is in supplying security material for security printing. Its
main customer is Bank Negara Malaysia and the Immigrated Department.

She is also the a director and chairman for Securewise Sdn Bhd. Securewise Sdn Bhd
main business is in printing of security document for Bank Negara and Kementerian Dalam

As Director and Sales Director of CD

Integrated Sdn. Bhd, Hafidz Che Din brings to
the company his deep interest in the
Information Technology industry. Hafidz spends
his time leading CDI current expansion plan,
and securing new alliances with technology
leaders and innovators, while planning and
implementing the corporate strategy for CDI.

Previously, as a Director for Empirical Systems

Finance Manager

The task of Finance Manager of a Bumiputra enterprise such as

CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd. is indeed a challenging one. In this
respect, Mohamad Faizal Yusof has played a crucial role in
assisting CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd. to become a financially strong
and resilient corporation. His forte in sourcing for financial
facilities with the most competitive rates has time and again
saved CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd. from being bogged down with
facilities which are not competitive.

Armed with a Degree in Finance and Accountancy from the

University of East London, the micro management system which
he implemented in CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd. in dealing with
suppliers and principals have ensured that the cash flow of the
company is healthy at all times. His willingness to ‘walk his talk’
has inspired his colleagues to perform their best, no matter the
circumstances.

Mohamad Faizal Yusof is an important cog in the wheel of journey

for CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd. His willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ in
ensuring that the suppliers and principals of CD Integrated Sdn.
Bhd. are properly managed in terms of payment and invoicing has
ensured the satisfaction of the company’s vendors and suppliers

Accountant

A degree holder in Finance and Accountancy of

Dublin Business School, Ireland, Norasikin
Hassan gained her experience from her stint
as an Internal Auditor in Toyota Capital and
MAA Berhad. Prior to that, she also had a
training stint with an audit firm in Dublin,
Ireland. Her love for Malaysia and her desire to
contribute towards the advancement of
Bumiputra enterprises prompted her to join CD
Integrated Sdn. Bhd. where she has been
entrusted to manage and oversee the
company’s full set of accounts, as well as
undertake issues involving administration and
human resource.

Her finesse in discharging her obligations has

contributed towards ensuring compliance in
corporate governance as well as transparency
in CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd.’s endeavor to
become a major player in its industry.

Aside from discharging her obligations with the

company, Norasikin is also pursuing her final

A.K. KUSHAIRI ALHAJ

Project Coordination and Corporate Affairs

Having a legal background as a law graduate from International

Islamic University of Malaysia, A.K. Alhaj has acquired immense
experience in negotiations skills as well as project implementation
and coordination. His experience in coordinating the incorporation
of Construction Industry Labor Exchange (CLAB) as well as being
the legal adviser of Persatuan Pengilang dan Perkhidmatan
Bumiputra Malaysia has exposed him to the challenges facing
Bumiputra enterprises.

His extensive dealings with industry captains in the banking and

telecommunications sector among others, has given him an
insight into corporate expectation and healthy corporate values
which he has introduced step by step into CD Integrated Sdn.
Bhd.

A.K. Alhaj has also been exposed to international commercial

dealings involving multinationals of Germany (Daimler Chrysler
and Lorinser Autohaus), Korea (UniSql), United States of America
(CES Industries, Labtech International) among others. With this
experience, CD Integrated Sdn. Bhd. is able to chart and
implement its objective of entering into the global market in the
near future. Alhaj is also presently a candidate in the Masters of
Comparative Law in the International Islamic University and doing
research on harmonization of international trade laws and
negotiations.

NOOR AZLY B. YUSOF

Business Development Manager

Noor Azly B. Yusof is no stranger to business

development, having equipped himself with a
Diploma in Business Study and Management
from INTI College, Malaysia. His vast
experience in identifying key markets and his
ability to identify products relevant to the
industry has made him a valuable asset to CD
Integrated Sdn. Bhd. business development
unit.

Armed with experience he gathered during his

tenure with Asia Commercial Finance, Noor
Azly is able to identify market potential and
structure his resources to ensure that CD
Integrated Sdn. Bhd. always has an edge over
its competitors in terms of business planning
and positioning.

Noor Azly’s ability to anticipate requirements of

the market is a skill which he acquired when
dealing with business clientele during his days
with Asia Commercial Finance. Noor Azly is
also a holder of Certification of Credit
Professional Financial System and Principle of
Credit from the Institute of Bankers, Malaysia.
