However, Raph Ney became angry, grabbed Mae and shouted in her face that he would kill her if she did not get the child. Raph Ney released Mae when his uncle shouted at them to stop. Mae then left to avoid further angering Raph Ney, but she hid and took their daughter Mary Joy to her parents' house after Raph Ney walked away.

    INFORMATION
    1:30 PM- MAE LAILOUR COMODA CABANTUD, 31 years old (DOB-July 23, 1983), a resident of Barangay
    Lanag, Leon, Iloilo personally reported to this station alleging that on or about 5:00 PM of August 18,
    2014 she went to their conjugal dwelling to ask her husband, Raph Ney Cabantud y Alilano to return to
    her their daughter Mary Joy Cabantud. However, her husband got angry, grabbed her in her arms and
    shouted on her face Patyon ta ka anay antis mo makuha ang bata. Raph Ney released her when his
    uncle shouted on them anu ina?. Raph Neys uncle, Edgar Sorongon, approached them and told them
    istoryahe niyo lang ina ah. Mae thereafter left to prevent infuriating her husband to anger. However,
    Mae actually hid on the trees and upon seeing his husband walking away to his farm, she took their
    daughter, Mary Joy Cabantud, to her parents house.
