    PAPER SUBMISSION Guidelines:


    Valliammai Engineering College (VEC) was founded in
    1999 by Dr.T.R.Pachamuthu to impart world class education
    in Engineering Technology and particularly to develop useful
    manpower with entrepreneurship qualities for industry. It is a
    self-financed institute run by Valliammai Society. The institute
    offers engineering UG degree courses in Electronics &
    Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics
    Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science
    Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering,
    Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering, PG degree
    courses in Power System Engineering, Control &
    Instrumentation, Communication Systems, Computer Science
    & Engineering, Structural Engineering, CAD/CAM,
    Management Studies (MBA), Computer Applications (MCA).
    It is approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and affiliated to
    Anna University. The institute is spread over wide area with
    modern laboratories and infrastructure, well-qualified staffmembers. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute.
    THEME OF THE CONFERENCE
    The aim of the conference is to bring together the
    specialists and experts from industries, researchers,
    government agencies and academicians and to provide a forum
    for the free and fruitful exchange of ideas, ongoing research &
    developments and also to foresee the future trend in the

    Each paper must be accompanied by an abstract and should


    be prepared as per the guidelines summarized below.
    1. Maximum length of the paper should not exceed 6 pages
    (two columns).
    2. The paper should be typed carefully as a camera ready copy
    adhering to the instructions posted on the web site:

    REGISTRATION
    Registration should be made in the format available in the
    college website and with the prescribed fee within the
    stipulated time. At least one author of the papers accepted for
    the conference must be registered for inclusion of the paper in
    the conference proceedings. The filled registration forms along
    with the Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in
    favour of 'The Principal, Valliammai Engineering College'
    payable at 'Chennai' May be sent by Registered Post to the
    address given below.
