1 If the candidates hall ticket is without photo / blurred photo / too small photo / photo without signature, he/she should bring 3 passport size photos duly attested
by a Gazetted Officer and handover to the invigilator in the examination hall, failing which he will not be permitted to write the examination.
2. Mobile Phones, Pagers are banned in the Examination Centre.
3. The candidate shall write the booklet series, name and then sign in the Nominal Roll at appropriate place.
4.The candidates are not permitted to make any corrections in the Nominal Rolls. Inspite of this if any corrections are made, they will not be considered.

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. If you receive the hall ticket without photo / blurred photo / too small photo / photo without signature, you should bring 3
Passport size photos duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and hand over to the Invigilator in the examination hall, failing which
you will not be admitted to the examination. If more than one hall ticket is downloaded by you for this examination please
attend examination with one hall ticket only.
2. You will not be admitted into the examination hall TEN minutes after the commencement. You should not leave the
examination hall till the expiry of the full time.
3. While coming to examination hall, please bring your hall ticket, smooth writing pad, ball pen (Blue/Black).
4. You are permitted to use calculators / scientific calculators, but you are not allowed to bring programmable calculators, cell
phones, pagers and other electronic gadgets to the examination hall.
5. Please check the Answer Sheet and read the instructions on it as well as on test booklet carefully. You should write with PEN
your Registration Number, Paper Code, Name, Subject, Centre at appropriate places only. Writing at wrong places will lead to
invalidation of your Answer Sheet.
6. You should put your signature and get the signature of the invigilator also at the appropriate places in the Answer Sheet..
7. OMR: Since the answer sheets are to be scanned (valued) with optical Mark Scanner system, the candidates have to USE
BALL POINT PEN (BLUE/BLACK) ONLY. The candidates will be supplied OMR Sheet consisting of two copies i.e., the
Original Copy (Top Sheet) and Duplicate Copy (Bottom Sheet). The candidate is required to use Ball Point Pen (Blue or
Black) for filling the relevant circles in the OMR Sheet including bubbling of answers. After writing the examination the
candidate has to handover the original OMR Sheet (Top Sheet) to the invigilator in the examination Hall. If any candidate
takes away the original OMR Sheet (Top Sheet) his/her candidature will be rejected. However the candidate is permitted to
take away the duplicate (Bottom Sheet) OMR Sheet for his/her record. The candidates should bring Ball Point Pen
(Blue/Black and smooth writing pad) to fill up relevant columns on the Answer Sheet. The candidate must ensure encoding
the Registration Number, Subject/Subject Code, Booklet series correctly, write the Name of the examination Centre,
appending Signatures of the Candidate and Invigilator, etc., on the O.M.R. Answer sheet correctly, failing which the Answer
Sheet will not be valued. Use of whitener / correcting fluid / Blade / Powder / Eraser / Folding / Tearing / Rough Work.
Bubbling by pencil/ Ink pen / Gel pen or any kind of tampering to change the answers on OMR Sheet will lead to
disqualification / invalidation / rejection. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates in this
regard.
8. You should not mark Answer Choices on the Test Booklet (Question Paper) under any circumstances.
9. You are prohibited from communicating, consulting or conversing with other candidates in the Examination hall or causing
disturbances in any manner whatsoever.
10. Penal provisions of the A.P. Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractice & Unfair Means) Act 1997 (Act No.25/97) shall
be invoked if malpractice & Unfair means are adopted by you, at any stage of recruitment / examination. Refer to para
10&11of Notification No. 08/2013.
11. Your admission to the Examination is provisional, subject to confirmation/satisfaction of the conditions laid down in
Notification No. 08/2013 and also subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria and verification of required certificates at a later
stage. Admission / Appearing to the Examination does not confer ipso facto any right for selection.
12. Violation of any of the instructions may lead to invalidation of your Answer Sheet besides penal action.
13. For further clarification please read the Notification No.08/2013 available at http://www.apspsc.gov.in.
14. Candidates are advised to keep ready all the required original certificates i.e., SSC, Graduation, Integrated Community
Certificate, Creamy Layer certificate, Study certificates from Class IV to Class X and to produce whenever asked to do so.
