Select Run Esri.exe and a Setup dialog will appear as shown below:
A dialog such the one shown below will appear. If you have conflicting products installed on your
machine, they will appear in the grid within the dialog as shown below. If you do not, the grid will be
empty and you can click the Cancel button and go back to the Setup dialog (or skip to the next section).
If you DO have conflicting products installed on your machine, click the Uninstall button. The conflicting
products will then be removed automatically.
Once the offending product has been uninstalled, the Uninstall Utility dialog will now look as shown
below (with the offending products having a status of Uninstalled).
Please Note: You may need to restart your machine just make sure the offending products have been
completely uninstalled. It is actually recommendable to do this so that you do not get the following
dialog while setting up ArcGIS for Server. If you choose to restart your machine, make sure to mount
the ArcGIS for Server Enterprise/Workgroup 10.2 DVD or mount the *.ISO file on restarting and run
Esri.exe to get to the Setup Dialog.
The following User Account Control dialog box will appear. Click Yes to continue.
Wait for the program to compute space requirements. When this is done, the following dialog will
appear.
