deliverables for supporting the show will be as under.

Deliverables by Industry Association

To promote the show to its members through websites, circular, publications and newsletters

Organize joint road shows/awareness programs with EEPC India for exhibitor & visitor
mobilization

Arranging venue for such programs/meetings on complimentary basis

Banner space on associations website with the links to the show website

Send e-mails to members informing about the opportunities at IESS

Regular advertisements in publication, newsletter on complimentary basis

Deliverables by HMFI

Promote as supporting association on the event website, Promotional materials, etc

Display associations name under the list of Supporting Associations credit board at the
exhibition.

Providing marketing material like show circulars, show flyer etc

Providing reimbursement of promotional expenses as per the slab mentioned below

10% of reimbursement as promotional expenses on booking of 100-150 sqm (Minimum 8


companies under associations umbrella, all applications to be routed through respective
association)
15 % of reimbursement as promotional expenses on booking of 150 sqm and above along with a
9 sqm complimentary booth
(All reimbursements will be calculated on raw space rate only)
Exhibition Rate
Fully built up booth (9 SQM with standard package)
Rs. 8500.00 per SQM + Service Tax @12.36% (EEPC India Member rate)
Rs. 9500.00 per SQM + Service Tax @ 12.36% (Non Member rate)
Open Space (Min 36 SQM)
Rs. 8000.00 per SQM + Service Tax @12.36% (EEPC India Member rate)
Rs. 8500.00 per SQM + Service Tax @ 12.36% (Non Member rate)
