CHIEF, RID
1. Manages Region-wide intelligence efforts by providing plans, policies,
programs and staff supervision over all PNP intelligence units.
2. Manages the collection, production and dissemination of domestic
intelligence for the use of the Regional Director and other concerned
members of the D-Staff.

CHIEF, CLERK
1. Directs, coordinates and supervises the work of the different sections in
the ORID.
2. Ensures that the Chief, RIDs decisions and concepts are implemented by
assigning specific responsibilities such as preparation and issuance of
plans, orders, reports and other staff actions when necessary.
3. Responsible for:
a. Maintaining the implementation of said policies and regulations.
b. Exercising direct supervision and control over the personnel of the
ORID.
c. Supervises the activities of the Administrative and Personnel
Management Section (APMS) and the Budget and Fiscal Section
(BFS).
d. Performed other duties as directed by Chief, RID.
IOLTS PNCO
1. Assists the ORID in the preparation of recommendation on planning and
policy matters under study/consideration by the Directorate Staff.
2. Renews plans and policies for the guidance of PNP intelligence agencies.
3. Supervises the preparation of defense plans, fire plans for PNP
installations.
4. Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of Section supplies.

d. Criminality Section
1. Responsible for producing and disseminating accurate reliable
and timely intelligence on criminality to include transnational
crime.
2. Undertakes the identification of evolving or existent crime
patterns and series.
3. Forecasts future crime occurrences
4. Initiates targets profile analysis and provision of investigating
leads.
Information Systems Section
1. Manages applications system and databases.
2. Maintains the computer system hardware and ensures its upgrading
and enhancement.
3. Receives, identifies, and keys in required data from all information
received and rechecks same for correctness.
Classified Records and Registry Section
1. Classifies all documents in accordance with current security
procedures.
2. Compiles and binds loose documents already classified into books
for proper filing/storage.
