MCBSC Commissioning

These instructions are intended to be used in the commissioning of a standalone Multicontroller BSC (mcBSC) system in the final location of the mcBSC. The commissioning tasks are done to ensure that the hardware and software of the mcBSC have been correctly installed and the mcBSC is functional. They can be used with the ANSI or ETSI environment. The mcBSC running with S16.1 release supports Packet Abis, AoIP and GPoIP features.
