1. Associate in Arts Degree: Total of 22 units with a grade of C or

higher (see below) + General Education courses and other


requirements*
27 units complete all: ACTG 100, 103, 121, 131; ACTG 144, 145; BUSW 415
6 units selected from: ACTG 161, 162, 171, 172, 173, BUS 100, 201, 295
2. Transfer Program: For Lower division major course requirements,

consult the catalog of the intended transfer school and/or


Assist.org.
Also, consult the Transfer Planning and Major Preparation Recommendations
sections of the CSM catalog
3. Certificate of Achievement: completion of A,A, degree major requirements
listed above with a grade of C or higher in each course
4. Certificate of Completion:
Accounting Assistant I: ACTG 100, 103, ACTG 144 or ACTG 145; CRER 127; BUSW
415. Total: 7 semester units
Accounting Assistant II: ACTG 100, 103, 121, 144, 145; CRER 127; BUSW 415.
Total: 12.5-13.5 semester units
Tax Preparer I: ACTG 100, 103, 171; BUSW 415; CRER 127. Total: 8.5 semester
units.
Tax Preparer II: ACTG 103, 121, 144 or 145, 171, 172, 173; BUSW 415; CRER 127.
Total: 15.5-16.5 semester units.
