Delivery of the Learning Session


1. Executive summary:
The trainer conducted the learning session according to Session
Plan
2. Rationale:
This learning session was conducted to cover the knowledge, skills
and attitude for the trainees in Agricultural Crops Production NC1.
3. Objectives:
To enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of the trainees in
Agricultural Crops Production NC1 in accordance with industry
standard.
4. Methodology:
Group Discussion/Written Test
5. Results and discussion:
Based on the result of the written examination, out of 10 students
7 got below the passing grade, which shows that the progress of

the trainees was very low.


Based on the data presented after the examination, the learning
session was not clearly identified and discussed according to
competencies given.
Therefore, the competencies must be clearly identified, discussed
based on the Training Regulation and Competency Based
Curriculum.
