Special Cupcakes With Frosting

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/2 unsalted butter
2 1/3 cups of cake flour
2 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 red food color
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp distilled white vinegar
Frosting:
1/2 cup butter
1 package of cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350f
2. Beat butter and sugar in a mixer for 3mins until fluffy. Add eggs.
3. Mix all the dry ingredients.
4. Mix buttermilk, vinegar and red food color
5. Add fourth of the dry ingredients and mix, then third of the wet
6. Continue adding the dry and wet ingredients
7. Scoop into cupcake paper
8. Bake for 18-22 minutes
9. Cream the butter and cream cheese for 3mins add vanilla, add powdered sugar
Banana Sampler

INGREDIENTS:
Bananas
1/2 cup condensed milk or yogurt
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup graham crumbs
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut bananas into 1 inch thick then divide into batches
2. Dip the first batch in condensed milk then roll over desiccated coconut
3. Coat the second batch of banana with peanut butter then roll in graham crumbs
4. Chill (optional)
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup corn cereals
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine peanut butter and melted butter in a bowl.
2. Toss cereals, nuts, and chocolate chips in the butter mixture
3. Scoop into shot glasses then chill
4. Before serving, garnish with decor sugar or sprinkles
Chicken Menudo ala Kyla

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo chicken
3-4 pcs hotdogs
5-8 pcs fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp calamansi
3 cloves garlic
3 potatoes
2 carrots
1 bellpepper
liverspread (optional)
onion
bay leaves
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix in bowl: calamansi, soy sauce, garlic,and onion chopped. Marinade chicken for about an hour
in the fridge
2. Put meat in a casserole with marinating sauce and let it boil over low fire
3. Sautee garlic, onion, bell pepper
4. Then add tomatoes, carrots, potatoes. continue stirring
5. Add the sliced hotdogs. Then add the chicken.
6. Put pepper, bay leaves, tomato sauce. Then let it simmer for about 10 mins
7. Add raisins. Let it simmer. Continue until sauce thickens. Serve while hot.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Sautee bell peppers, and sili with peanut oil.
2. Add in Shrimps.
3. On a bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, Hoisen sauce, Red sugar and mix in. Combine into the
shrimp mixture.
4. Continue to cook for 2 mins.
5. Add kinchay, basil and sesame oil.
6. Season with patis.
7. Place the shrimp w/ sauce mixture over cooked canton noodles.
8. Garnish with coriander and peanuts.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Spaghetti noodles
1 can Carne Norte
1 can of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Cream of Corn
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion
Mozzarella cheese
French bread
Water
Tomato
Butter
Olive oil
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a deep pan with butter, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Put a little salt to taste.
2. Strain the noodles to remove the water. Once water is drained, set aside noodles and put it in a
baking tray (has to be Pyrex).
3. In another pan, heat oil.
4. Smash the clove of garlic and throw it into the pan to get the flavor. Remove the garlic if it turns
brown.
5. Sautee carne norte with tomato and onion.
6. Make sure that the spaghetti is laid flat on the pyrex. Put cooked carne norte on top of the
noodles then spread the cream of mushroom on top of it (straight from the can). Then spread cream
of corn on top of it (straight from the can).
7. Put grated mozzarella on top to enhance flavour. Put it into the oven and let it cook for 10
minutes.
8. Take it out of the oven when bubbles appear. Put on a serving plate and garnish it with French
bread.
Shepherds Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 Kg Ground Beef
6 Pcs Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled)
1 Pc Onion
1 Pc Red Bell Pepper
1 Pc Green Bell Pepper
1 1/2 Cup Beef Stock
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Fresh Milk
Salt & Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Saute onion and garlic with olive oil until caramelized.
2. Add in bell peppers and continue to saute for 3 minutes then add in ground beef. Continue to
cook for 5 mins.
3. Add in soy Sauce and beef stock then simmer for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Mash potato with fresh milk. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
5. Place on a oven proof dish then top mashed potato and bake for 20-30 minutes.
Braised Porkloin Rack Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg pork loin with rack or bones
2 cup soy sauce
150 g roughly cut garlic
100 g white onion
10 g black peppercorn
4 pcs bay leaves
cup cooking oil
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
tsp salt
tsp pepper
aluminum foil 8' x 24"
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Marinate pork loin all ingredients into a baking roasting pan, then cover with aluminum foil.
2. Have ready heated oven 150 , then roast in oven for 3 hours or until tender.
3. Cut into four pieces then thread the bones of each slice of pork loin on top. Spoon over the top
with the remaining adobo sauce.
4. Place on plate. Garnish with green pea sprouts.
Tomato and Mozzarella Salad

INGREDIENTS:
Cherry tomatoes
Round Mozarella
2 tbsp Chopped Basil
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place tomato and mozzarella chunks in a large bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl; mix well then pour over tomato and cheese
mixture, tossing to coat well.
3. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Jessicas Pinakbet Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
200 grams Pork Liempo with fats
200 grams Tomatoes
400 grams Tiny Eggplant
100 grams Patani
70 grams Sibuyas na Tagalog
50-100 grams Bitter Gourd
5 cloves Bawang ng Ilocos
Salt and pepper to taste
Bagoong
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a cooking pan, heat oil and fry the pork until brown, remove the pork from the pan and set
aside.
2. On the same pan, saute garlic, onion, ginger and tomatoes.
3. In a casserole, boil water and add bagoong. Add the pork in the casserole and mix in the sauted
garlic, onion, ginger and tomatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add in all the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are done, careful not to overcook.
